The service is very good, but they charge a dollar per Amazon return which I think is unfair

I was curious why this place has such low rating, so I decided to return my Amazon items at that location. It's not out of my way, so why not? Luckily, I got there before it got busy. The store is pretty small but adequate to get my tasks taken care of. The young lady at the counter wasn't welcoming or friendly. There was no "Welcome!" Just "mid" (like what my kids would say). She is knowledgeable and provided prompt service--straightforward transaction. Do the ppl who work there need to be trained to provide better customer service? Yes. Had notary appointment & she was too busy on her computer to help 2 customers who had standing appointments. Could not tell us how long until she'd finally get to us (past appointment time). No need for her computer to sign a paper & stamp it. After 10 minutes she should've helped the 2 notary appointments & then went back to her computer. But we were not valued as customers & she ignored us. Don't go there for a notary appointment & think you'll be finished in a timely manner. Go somewhere else. Customer service is not their specialty read more

This UPS store is terrible. I have used it several times for returning Amazon packages and Amazon says they never receive my returns. I also had an appointment for a notary service and when I showed up I was immediately dismissed by a girl named Arandy. Her customer service skills were terrible and she shrugged me off saying there are no notary services and that they have nothing to do with the online scheduling? Her dismissive and unprofessional lack of customer service should have disciplinary action. Save yourselves and don't go to this location for anything because their favorite words are that they can't do anything for you. Waste of time. read more

I do not recommend coming to this location to return your packages. I used Happy Returns where they say you can drop your packages off to a UPS location not packaged and they will take care of the rest. I dropped 3 returns off for the same company on the same day, 2 were received by the company which were just single items, my large return with 9 items worth a couple hundred dollars was some how misplaced and never returned. Thank goodness I kept the return receipt confirming drop off with time stamps and tracking codes. When I called back to speak to the manager, Chiti to discuss what had happened she told me to call the company you purchased the items from, you have the receipt saying it was dropped off I cant do anything else for you. I asked her to check the camera to confirm the packages were packed and sent off as it didn't feel right that the large return worth hundreds of dollars was not received. She said no, her camera only confirms I came to the store even though she told me they package the items in the front once dropped off. The whole experience was shady! read more

Amazon specifically sends me to this "UPS" store to return their products for a refund and before the door shuts behind me the lady tells me they are not accepting Amazon returns because they don't have any boxes. I've never walked into a hamburger shop that ran out of burgers but here we are. I don't know why I keep coming here. read more

WOW!! Just looked at the other reviews after posting mine. These 2 girls are obviously the problem. Reviews go back at least 10 months. Obviously nothing is going to change. Suggestion, DON'T go to this UPS store. Those girls need to be fired. This location has either 1 star or 5 stars. I think the 5 stars are fake. They have people they know post those. If you have just 1 or 5 stars you know they are trying to do it to boost their rating. There is no way those girls give even 2 star customer service. Original post: I have gone to a few UPS stores to do Amazon returns. They are usually professional, cordial, and pleasant. This one is the complete opposite. I went there about a week or 2 ago. 2 young girls were working. All they were doing was flirting with a couple older guys, guys were standing back, flirting back and talking over the customer. They were laughing and joking with eachother. Other customers that came up they gave dirty looks too and acted like we were an inconvenience. Zero customer service. Just there to chit chat with who they like. When you have high school to maybe 19-20 year olds working in your place with zero supervision, this is how your customers get treated. read more

I came to drop off a package because UPS in East Vale said they don't accept packages heavier than 75 lbs but Amazon only gave me the option to drop off in UPS or other locations for Amazon returns. Went to another UPS (Corona) and they accepted it! To find out the other ups than rejected the return didn't even cancel the label! So wow lol. This is by far the worst UPS store I e ever used and I frequent the ups store for many things like shipping or returning Amazon packages. This location had the rudest employees. I went in for government fingerprinting assistance ( I thought it would be smooth here). Online says it's open for walk-ins from 8-6pm. I called to verify this morning and they confirmed. I show up at 3pm and the rude customer service lady told me they don't do it anymore. I replied that I confirmed online and phone and she still refused to help. She was rude about it and her demeanor was dismissive. I didn't catch her name but she was a little heavy set Hispanic girl with curly hair. I came all the way (25 mins) just to be disappointed. Lots of reviews on here tell a similar story. I guess I'll never be going back there again. UPS needs to get some standards and update their websites if things have changed. read more

Walked in with a package that said I could drop it off at the post office or a UPS store and the woman in there was very rude and said it was only for the post office. When I let her know that it could be both she cut me off and would not read the instructions on the package. Will not be returning. read more

I love this store! All the employees are great especially Diana and Maria! I have medical issues that don't allow me to life heavy packages. Many of my packages pass that limit. This establishment doesn't deserve a star this is be the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life . I walked in to do an Amazon return the employee at the counter was scanning Amazon packages. I stood there for about 2 minutes waiting to see if she would acknowledge me and she never did . So I asked her if she would be the one helping me or someone else and she says " I'm doing something right now" I didn't say anything I let her finish . I get it that people can have a bad day . She was extremely rude . Which she left me standing another few minutes. She NEVER smiled once or made eye contact with me. I asked her name which was Mariah . There was another employee in the store using profane language "f*ck" and all in all just a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I went to this UPS store on Saturday, 8/10/24 at 9:55 am, I came here to make an Amazon return. The store sign says they open at 9:00 am. However, the store was not open and was completely dark inside. Another couple was standing there waiting in confusion as well. The employees at this location are incredibly rude! I have been in twice in the last week and the same two girls have been working. They talk loud and use expletives about the customers after they leave. Today the girl who was checking me out, never looked at me and talked about the customer who just left to her coworker the entire time. The worst. Do whatever you can to not use this location. The printing services were down and the associate was so rude and short with me about it. It was my third time trying to get a simple task done here. She offered no other options. All I needed to do is print a shipping label. Like that's what you guys do UPS- ship stuff.
