The "spa" is more of a converted office space with no ambiance. I was informed on first appointment that they were no longer legally allowed to perform LED treatments so it would be replaced by an ultrasonic skin tightening treatment. That's fine. The aesthetician was very nice but the treatments were nothing special. My second experience was extremely disappointing. The day of my appointment the spa called to tell me there was a scheduling issue and had to reschedule. This threw a wrench in schedule. When I showed up for my appointment the aesthetician seemed nice enough. However, she talked the entire time. I now know everything about her life, from her husband to her horses to friends who have image issues. She went so hard with the microdermabrasion that my skin is still raw 3 days later. She also used the tool on my lips. That was not comfortable. She also applied the mask to my lips which ended up getting in my mouth. She attempted to do extractions, which I believe she has little experience with. Also, she never performed the ultrasonic treatment. I didn't ask because I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I only hope that no permanent damage has been done to my skin.

Medical: I was taken back to a room, had a quick video visit with a Nurse Practitioner to review my medications and health history. She wanted to make sure I was safely able to receive injections. Lip-filler time! My injector was Mariana, RN! She went over my lip goals with me, numbed my lips, and thoroughly explained everything she was doing + aftercare.
