I got a…read morefrench tip full set and a pedicure with two big toe. first off, for the amount that I paid, this was the worst set I've ever recieved. the french tip was not at all what I wanted and I let them know on site in which they offered to repair it and take off that fee (which they did not) and I kept letting the pedicurist know that my left toe does not feel stable, like the acrylic feels it will come off. after my reviews to the manager on site, he mentioned there is a 7 day policy and I can come back anytime within those 7 days, but I informed him that 1) I am traveling the next day for about 3 weeks and 2) I live an hour away so even if I could, I do not have time. literally the next day, two of my nails broke in half and I was not even doing heavy work. the day after, my big toe acrylic broke in half too. since I was out of the country, I couldn't really do anything except try and call to inform them of such and hope to come back after my trip for a fix up, but even that I got no response. I called about 5 times and finally got to speak to the receptionist and she said she'd get back to me and still nothing. please do not go here, you will spend $200+ for services that will chip literally less than a week in.

That's fine, but the owner was overly aggressive with filing, and he made me bleed twice. He also drilled too hard under my nails resulting in one of them still hurting hours later. After he cut me the first time he apologized. When I asked if he could adjust the lines on the art because he attempted it even though he said the other employee was going to come back to do it, he got frustrated and told me to do it myself. Typically in salons if you need a fine line, they'll use a toothpick or something else smaller than the little bottle brush to get the effect. They did not do that. Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I was trying treat my grandma to a pedicure. She has neuropathy & has swelling in her legs. The water for both her & I was scalding hot. Took 3 attempts to get the temperature right. The tech that worked on mine & my grandmother's feet were both rude & not friendly. Only one other customer was there and she was finishing up a manicure. Alena was the only tech free when we first walked in and she avoided us by sitting down and filing her own nails until the owner told her something. I tried to ask the tech to be gentler because my grandma was visibly in pain but it seemed like she didn't even attempt to be gentler. Will definitely not be back.

Before I ascribed, I called ahead to make sure there was no wait and they knew what I wanted. The lady said they were available, so I headed that way. It was pretty dead, and technicians were eager to make money. Two weeks ago I got a full set with shellac and pedi done at Fancy Nails (by the way amazing), and my set is still looking fresh, so I wanted a manicure and color change with a deluxe pedicure. The lady started my pedicure by removing the nail polish and clipping my toe nails. She proceeded to clean under my nails, but with the wrong tool. She ended up stabbing my big toe underneath my nail bed, and instead of sanitizing it with alcohol she just dipped my foot in the water twice and continued asking me about what color I wanted. At this point, I didn't want her doing my pedicure and decided to leave. I should not be aware and knowledgeable of a nail techs' process and procedures more than them. My toe hurts, and it still bleeding. I'm rating them a two because they were still clean and in a good area, but the quality and skills of just the basic nail care is not up to par.
