Today my wife & I got a pedicure, I was cut repeatedly, with my toe still red and now swelling. My wife' toes were filed down to the point of bleeding. Photos to come. There's a cut halfway under my wifes nails where they tried which we just noticed when we got home. Overall the quality, cost and the service just isn't there to be paying $150.00 each time. Here's to hoping I don't have an infection from the cut. We went on 08/25 at around 10:15AM. 2 pedicures with gel. Premium Cost, Cheap Quality. Updated picture to show swelling and redness. We had to go to the doctor to get our feet assessed and have a possible infection and were prescribed medication. We've now spent the same amount getting treated as we have with getting our toes done. I've reported them to the state. They are removing our review on google even though we actually were serviced and customers of this location. I've provided photos of the injuries on day of as well as day after. Since they have been under new management I've had no issues, I would come in on occasion for a pedicure or manicure. The most recent time I came in I got a pedicure and it wasn't that busy, a lady joked around with my boyfriend saying his eyebrows needed to be done, my boyfriend asked if it was free and she said yes she practically forced us into getting a wax done. We only intended on getting my toes done. She did both of our eyebrows and he made sure to ask if it was free. Then when we went to pay they tried to charge us an extra 25 dollars for the wax, and then said they were joking when they said it was free. They ended up only making us pay 55 for my pedicure but they made us pretty uncomfortable by telling us something was free and then crowding us when we went to check out. Besides for that mishap the pedicure is beautiful and everyone was super friendly and it's very quiet, I've loved coming here growing up.

We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.
