Really great place to go with your mom! I went with mine! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a reservation and got in immediately![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our nail techs were very nice and engaged with us instead of just ignoring us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a mani pedi with gel nails and in patriotic colors for Independence Day! They have a nice environment and music is playing in the background. I know when I ho back to visit my mom will want to go back!

Probably one of my favorite designs I had excellent work!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Omg this place has got to violate a plethora of health department regulations. My friend and I came to get a fresh gel pedicure and saw several things that scared us and really made us think we would end up with fungus. For starters, everyone here has either an attitude or a very difficult language barrier. Both make communicating difficult, especially because I had to request and debate my way into getting fresh pumice stones for our pedicures. The pumice stones that are in the caddy's are extremely dingy and worn out. In addition to the used stones, none of the pedicure bowls have a barrier or liner. That means intense decontamination/ high level disinfection should be performed prior to or after every client. That practice should also follow all metal tools that touch the nail or skin areas. Unfortunately, I didn't see that process. The bowls seem to be cleaned after usage and filled once an appointment comes. The metal tools that were used are kept in a pencil box looking thing that is covered in what looks like acrylic dust. I also had to request a nail tech to change her gloves after acting as a cashier between the pedicure service. She said "not yet, I'm not done." Loss for words. In addition to the barrier issue in the bowl, THERE WAS A DOG in the back room of the nail salon. The dog got loose and they put it in an unoccupied pedicure bowl. Photos and videos of this are attached to the review. Overall it was awkward and a poor experience. We only stayed because we were desperate and already here. The service was awful and we are leaving concerned for our health.

It seems hard to find a good pedicure these days I tried Pretty Nails today in the Churchill Downs Kroger strip mall. They were clean and responsive. They did a good job and made sure my toes were cured before I put on my shoes. I paid extra for parrifin wax, which I reminded the woman about. Instead of a hot wax treatment (as I expected), she used a parrifin lotion that was not worth the extra $10. My fault for assuming all parrifin is hot.

Came to get a fill and two repairs. And I didn't like the shaping or the lady's attitude that did my nails she was very rude. Almost every gel polish i tried to pick out wasn't available and the prices were higher than where I normally go. While I had to take additional time to find polish that Was available she started to do another persons nails instead and made it seem like I was being difficult. I'm never going back, I said that 8 years ago when I had the same experience then. Also one of my "repaired" nails broke two days later smh

My absolute favorite nail salon!!! Please do not take the negative reviews to heart based on a one time bad experience. I have been coming here for at least 10 years and I have always had wonderful experiences here and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Kim and Mimi are my go to ladies, but everyone there is good at what they do and try their best to make you happy. If you have a problem - give them the opportunity to fix it!

Look past my ugly fingers but my nails looked great.

Too late bit to get to a chair but i guess that's because they are so popular. Honestly did a great job. They actually spoke to me and wanted to know my name and what i do etc. that's refreshing instead of the employees just talking to themselves. Dip was 35 which isn't bad and honestly they look great

I used to love coming here, but after the last few times, I am not coming back. They skip steps and rush through clients even when not busy. Avoid here for dip powder AT ALL COSTS. They only dip your nails in the color powder twice and leave it streaky, thin, and splotchy every time. Great place though if you're looking to get all the skin around your nails sanded off. I attached a photo and no, those aren't shadows you're seeing, just streaks of uneven color and bumpy, uneven texture. Only come here when on a serious budget.

$30 gel manicure, the employee didn't clean up my cuticles enough to the point where she was painting over them. Very sloppy work. Would not waste another $30 here for the quality of work.

I have went here for over 10 years . I've recently just restarted going back because my prom nails, graduation nails, and birthday nails were an absolute wreck. I got gel nail polish applied and was cut 3 times . I haven't been there for 3 weeks so my fingers would have tome to heal. My mother and I specifically told them that I have been getting cut very deep and would like someone who would be gentle or at least not cut me so bad. He immediately started to hit my skin with the dremel. When applying the nails he applied so much glue that my skin and fake nail are stuck together(I rubbed nail polish remover to take a little bit of the glue off and bleed so I'm not touching my nails till my fingers are healed ONCE AGAIN!) while shaping my uneven nails he sanded on my finger for a good minute and after I told him 3 times he was doing so he says "oh no I'm so sorry you have baby skin" ALSO TOU KNOW ITS 5 dollars to shape a nail!?!? Sense wheMy nails are crooked, none are the same shape , the acrylic is lumpy the gel nail polish is bubbled up ,scratched, and they bleed just but grabbing or moving something . I'm so upset me and my mother will not be returning...

Simple gel polish on natural nails .

Unbeknownst to me, at the suggestion of the Spa staff who booked, it my daughter booked the Lamborghini of facials for the granddaughter. When we got the bill we had major sticker shock. The facial was fabulous & she was thrilled (not even her birthday either) but a 16 yr old doesn't need a $325 facial. Our massages were expensive but not THAT over the top. I got an 80 minute aromatherapy massage & my skin tingled for hours after it ended. Such a treat for my senses. Best massage I've ever had. My daughter had the 75 minute magnesium massage. It's actually four massages! She loved it. The staff was marvelous, the vibe of the spa is so upscale. We took full advantage of the facility by arriving at 9am & not leaving until 4:45 when they closed. We went to the pool, had beverages & a snack, enjoyed reading in the relaxation room & had showers in the huge private shower. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford this luxury since I'm on a fixed income, but I would go back in a heartbeat if I win the lottery.

I called to book a deep tissue massage for 50 minutes, with the massage you can use the pool and facilities before or after your treatment. The spa has a very relaxing vibe and was very comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment. I had a short wait since there was only one person at the front desk and there were helping other clients at the time. When it was my turn, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. The changing rooms are right off the main lobby area, and I was guided around the area and advised on what was available to use. I decided to change and then head to the relaxation room to await my massage. The room had flavored water and hot tea available, as well as a few packaged snacks. There were several Lounge chairs available with sheer curtains to provide some privacy. My massage therapist arrived right around my massage time and took me to my room. She was very nice and explained the process and asked if I had any areas of concern. Unfortunately the massage wasn't great, I had opted for a deep tissue massage, but not a lot of pressure was used. She also never checked in with me during the massage and it ended a bit early. The facility is beautiful and next time I will try a facial or another service since I loved the atmosphere so much.

The salon has a sign in system that allows you to select your service. I had the experience of selecting "other" on their check in menu, and I asked for a regular gel polish service. However after, I had my nails done, I was told that I was given a manicure; even though I did not request one. I communicated this to the technician and the managers; however the response was that I should pay for a manicure; even though I didn't request one, and that I should have stopped the technician if he was giving me a different service. Keep in mind, I am not well versed on the difference between a regular gel nail service and a manicure. I respectfully disputed my request ; however I was yelled at in front of everyone in the shop and told that I needed to pay for the service, or should have stopped it. Then the manager proceeded to holler at me and told me not pay anything and get out of his shop. He also told me that "this wasn't the first time that I had done this", in their shop. I was completely humiliated and astonished; as I have never had any complaints as a three year client in this shop. I usually pay 44 to 50 dollars for the service. This day they expected me to pay them 72.00. I will not be forced to pay for a service that I did not request and do not recommend this place for anyone. They need to review their check in menu before they provide services; this will alleviate any dispute over what the client has requested. I was treated horribly, due to their disrespect and incompetence with their systems.
