She spends time with her and checks her over, making sure that she is healthy and getting her vaccinations as needed. We were impressed with the time that she spends with Althea and the loving manner that she bestows on our girl. We were so impressed by All Animals and their staff that we moved all of our pets next appointments to All Animals. If you are looking for a new vet, I suggest that you give All Animals a try. Dr. Wahl and all the vet technicians are kind and knowledgeable and will treat your pet as if it were their own

I was in need of a new Vet for my Cookie. So I just asked anyone who had an animal, who's your Vet?…read more So I kept this info to myself for maybe 2 or so weeks. Knowing I needed to set up a meet & greet for when that day comes & I needed them. Well that day came yesterday, Friday afternoon of all days. I thought the worst. I was crying for my Cookie & thinking they will think I'm a bad fur momma. I thought she had a hole in her tail area & thought it was gonna need stitches. I told myself see, u should have taken care of the meet & great sooner. It's Friday & you're a new patient to them. They don't have to make room for us. Well I called & was spoken to very nicely & Cookie got a same day appointment. I was so happy for my Cookie girl. Cause also she suffers from allergies & is always in need of help with all that. Cookie is a hot mess with her allergies & it turns out she didn't have a hole in that area. Just a horrible yeasty mess. Well Doc Souza & her amazing staff loved over Cookie like they had know her & truly cared about her. My heart has been filled up by them & for that I'm eternally grateful & I know Cookie is too. Cookie maybe taking up my entire paychecks but I still love her & she needs me. I tell myself this won't last forever so enjoy it & stay blessed up thru it & learn thru it. Thank you all @ All Animal Vet Hospital. P.S. I love your Hospital & also the decor & how everything is set up on the inside & outside. I've never seen anything like it before. And I felt relaxed & not stressed while waiting for those few short minutes before being called into the room. And I'm sure it calmed Cookie too so she wasn't stressed. I can tell all wonderful thoughts & concerns & ideas & fun pieces of element were taken into consideration when designing your beautiful building. And I did see the grooming, boarding & doggie daycare across the way. I don't know if it's a part of you or not but I like how the area of your 2 buildings match & just flow in a very natural calming way. Thank you all again. We shall see U guys very soon for our follow up Mel & Cookie

I wife, super distraught, called me and I went to the location and found the Female Husky still in the roadway. I scooped her up and brought her to Willow Springs, but alas it was too late. After speaking with the Veterinarian 'Dr Schaller' I found out that the Husky had suffered massive head and chest trauma and had passed away soon after I left the clinic The staff at Willow was kind and compassionate . I spoke with Dr Shaller this morning and found her to be a True Animal lover concerned with this animals health but more concerned about my wifes mental health, She is a caring and compassionate Dr...Thank you Dr Shaller for being who you are

My partner had an appointment to take our new cat to get a checkup and to get established with…read morethem. Due to unforeseen traffic, he was ten minutes late. Upon calling to let the office know they arrived, a plain "hello" from the office was given as a greeting. He then had to verify if this was willow creek and a short "yes" followed. The individual did not identify themselves. He was then informed due to being ten minutes late, the appointment was canceled. He asked to come later that day and was flatly told "no." There's no late policy on the website nor was he informed of such a thing. I have looked at a Google review from about a year ago that stated there was a ten minute buffer and fifteen minutes was the cut off. If that is still true, my partner was within the buffer period. We had no negative experiences prior. There were also no other cars in the parking lot. Employees must have parked in the back of the building. Terrible experience and we will not return.

Dr Loppolo and staff staff were all very Professional as well as personable. Took time to explain what to be expected before and after procedure. Answered all questions and then followed up. It was fine up until the end. The vet assistant (erin)(redhead woman) was a somewhat rough on on my…read moresenior cat. She offered to put the neck collar on which was a nice gesture. She dragged her out the cage from the neck (8/10 level of dragging force). She tied the neck cone knot pretty tight, it seemed normal at first glance but when I got home after an hour drive I double checked and I couldn't fit a finger through the gap (chat gpt said fit at least a finger or two when that is tied around a pet). Lastly, she shoved her in the cage (6/10 level of shove force) causing her water bowl to spill some water in her cage, and she was like "oopsie". No remorse which indicated a level of malice behind her actions. Her hind legs got wet, she has a tail infection, the last thing I need is for it to get worse just for going to the vet. If I may make a suggestion, I think a bit more caution should be excercised, especially when dealing with a senior pet and when you guys are handling them in front of their owners, I can only imagine how they handled her behind closed doors (which is why I won't return, keep my blood panel chump change I don't care). I was also hoping to get a basic ear clean (which I mentioned in the pre check up talk and would've happily paid for) and a check up on her infection, all she really ended up getting was an anti bacterial shot and a neck collar. Overall this place is below average in my opinion, they were offering me subscription pain meds for her arthritis when all I really wanted was just my main concerns/ wants addressed. Just another cookie cutter big pharma pet office trying to run up useless subscriptions. I'll be returning to her old vet ecstaticly, which is a 2 hr drive away but AT LEAST they wont drag, shove and choke my childhood pet infront of me and say "oopsie"

Dealing with these horrible people has been one of the worst experiences we have ever been through. We patiently answered all of their highly invasive and personal questions which included questions about how we lost our pets!? My wife is one of the sweetest and most caring people I have ever known and it was heartbreaking to sit there and watch her cry for over an hour reliving these horrible events with our sweet pets. We gave them our own veterinarian as a reference! Then after all this, they extort $10 from us. We paid thinking this was the final step and we would finally get our puppy. Nope! Then they wanted a video of our home!! Who in their right mind is going to send a total stranger a video of their home?!? By the way, we have a beautiful home with 10 acres and a creek but that shouldn't matter. All that matters is we have an empty yard where a beautiful dog should be playing. I truly do not know what is wrong with these people and I have a Master's Degree In Psychology! I feel sorry for the animals, THEY DESERVE BETTER AND SO DO WE!!
