Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! Pets are a little like human children, in the sense that while we as owners or parents of course think they're the most wonderful creatures alive, most people won't share that enthusiasm to the same degree. But at Lakeside, I get the impression that they really do genuinely enjoy Tato, and that's such a nice bonus. As for the level of care itself, they have graciously squeezed me in first thing in the morning before I have to be at work for minor things multiple times. For more complex concerns that require a full exam, I'm able to book an appointment in the app and I never have to wait more than a week to get my pup seen. Dr. Corpuz is fabulous! She's terrific about going over all available options regarding prevention and treatment for whatever is going on with your pet. You can always request an estimate up-front and the staff will absolutely provide that, so you always know what to expect as far as care and treatment costs are concerned. I'm moving close to an hour away and will be keeping Dr. Corpuz as our veterinarian. We love her, we love her staff, and we love how they treat my sweet girl. I would recommend putting appointments on the day they are scheduled or offering online scheduling that can be viewed but the owner/customer alike. Way too much stress! No time for it!
