It wasn't work-related, and I felt completely ignored. As a paying customer, I expected at least to be acknowledged instead of feeling like I was interrupting a conversation. During my appointment, she also asked whether I had been getting my brows done somewhere else and where I had gone. I found those questions unnecessary and unprofessional. I even asked for advice on my eyebrows, hoping for some guidance, but my question was brushed off and I didn't really get an answer. The actual service took about three minutes, + 10 min tint. and unfortunately the brow tint didn't turn out well. It looked very blocky and uneven instead of natural. I expect businesses to be welcoming and treat their clients with kindness and attention. Repeat customers are what keep a business going, and good customer service is just as important as the service itself. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome, rushed, and disappointed with both the experience and the results.
