When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. I was told that my eyelashes would only last 2 to 3 weeks, but more than a month later, they're still on! I sleep more on my left side so my only a few are hanging on there, but my right side still looks great haha When Julia mentioned her husband Lee does permanent eyebrows, I decided to commit. She had done such a good job with my lashes and I trusted her, and as a result, her husband with my brows. I had been thinking about microblading for a while, but the idea of permanent makeup made me nervous. Lee spent a lot of time designing my brows and made sure I was happy with and sure about the design. It has been over a week and I am loving the comfort of not having to fill them in (although a lot of people still do) and the convenience of having one less thing to worry about in the morning. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment. Before Jenny, I had gone to about 7 different lash technicians. All the nightmares you read about, I experienced. Significant natural lash damage/loss. Reactions to poor quality glue or lashes being glued directly to the eyelid. Painful fills. The works. I had almost given up on getting lash extensions. It just wasn't worth it anymore. I never got the look I wanted and they never lasted more than a week at a time. It took months for my lashes to grow back after I finally had them removed and they were so weak and brittle, I couldn't even really wear mascara. So I did exactly what you're doing now. Read through hundreds of reviews for hundreds of businesses. Somehow, I landed on Jenny. I was extremely anxious when I went in. I had lash PTSD! Within five minutes into the appointment, I was completely at ease. She is so knowledgeable, its crazy. She was able to explain how lashing works, what causes it to be painful or irritating, how to avoid damaging your natural lashes, etc. My lashes came out wonderfully and I have been a faithful client ever since. That was over 2 years ago now. My natural lashes are still growing, healthy and strong. She always gives me exactly the look I'm going for and gives me tips and tricks for keeping my lashes clean.
