This was my first time getting a facial with her, and I actually booked an appointment for my partner to also get The Gentlemen's Facial, for later in the day after my treatment, and we were both amazed by Kandiie's work. Her studio is very warm, she sets a great tone, and asks about your skin and any concerns prior to the treatment. I don't know how much went on during my treatment, because it was so relaxing that I would fall asleep, wake up, then fall asleep again. All I know is that by the end of the 60+ minute treatment, my skin was glowing and felt so clean and refreshed. And my partner who can be quite picky about treatments like this, loved his facial too. I've been coming to LashedSisters for 8+ months now and I love the work they do and how dedicated they are to deliver the best quality work. I do have to say they take a little longer than the other lash lady I had but their work is also very different. They look better and they always give me what I ask for. When I first came in I asked for a more natural look "classics" but now I love to get Volume. At first they do look dramatic but as they start shedding they still look so beautiful. Hmm where to begin... Well, for starters I have never ever had lash extensions in my life. Reason being, my eyelashes are actually pretty long. Kandiie was amazed when I first came in because she's never had a client whose lashes were actually longer than her extensions. I was intrigued with getting lashes because of my sister. I would see how she did not have to apply any kind of makeup. The most would be lipstick and it seemed as though she had a full face of makeup. Anyway as I mentioned before, my lashes are pretty long but they are pin straight. I had my morning routine of curling my lashes and then applying mascara. I found it really annoying to be doing that everyday and when I would be running late I would have NO time to apply anything. Also, I had an incident in which I was curling my lashes and they got caught with the bottom portion of the curler and I yanked off probably half of my lashes. It was the worst thing ever!! Another reason why I wanted lash extensions was because I was going to Cancún and I wanted to look good in my pictures. Lol. Soooo I booked an appointment with LashedSisters and let me tell y'all that I fell in love!! I'm popping ALL THE TIME and I have to thank Kandiie for it! Let me start off by thanking Lashed Sisters, moreoever-Kandiie for taking care of my eyelashes! I genuinely trust her with my eyelashes, especially after having my eyelashes damaged with a prior "Lash Technician" When Kandiie told me to trust the process you must trust her and be patient! Before coming to Lashed Sisters I was getting my lashes done by Stacey D Lashes. The reason why I feel entitled to make a comment about this is because upon getting my lashes done here, I had researched a couple of other locations, but Stacey D Lashes seemed the right person to go to at that moment. BUT I WAS WRONG. I was told that my lashes should grow nice and healthy with the help of lash extensions. Fast forward, to a couple of months after I was not too happy with the work and inconsistency from my lash fills. The lashes seemed super clumpy, and would fall out in a couple of days. I was also told to not wash my eyelashes (until my usual two-week fill time would approach 2/3 days before). I decided to stop going to Stacey D Lashes and was gracefully recommended by a friend to try out Lashed Sisters! I swear, it was all timing as this was meant to be and the BEST DECISION I made by trusting Kandiie as my legitimate certified Lash Technician! Now, the sad part was that Lashed Sisters pointed out how my previous lash technician had fried and DAMAGED my actual tiny eyelashes! My real eyelashes looked as if someone had passed a hair straightener OVER and OVER until they reached the word TOASTY/ED. My previous lash technician would apply and excessive amount of glue and would overlap the lashes too much, which caused multiple ingrown hairs! On top of that, when I mentioned to Lashed Sisters about how Stacey D Lashes would tell me to not wash my lashes, she was shocked. The first thing she said, in order to have healthy lashes, you must wash your lashes and keep them as sterile as possible! I have nothing but positive comments and vibes to send out to Lashed Sisters. I am thankful and I will continue to refer any other future clients whom are interested in getting their lashes done. They are not here to get the money out of their clients. My previous lash tech would take only 15-25 minutes to do my lashes. Lash Sisters take about 1-2 hours to take care of you.
