She was super knowledgeable about facial products, skin regimens and was so friendly. She accommodated both me and my child. I was able to enroll in her rewards program, which provides incentives for loyalty. She even gave my daughter a free handheld facial steamer. The fee goes towards any service that you receive. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Wendy, the owner. I immediately felt her warm and inviting energy. She was so pleasant from the first hello. She was just finishing up with another customer so I waited in the waiting area until she was ready for me. The business space is not very large. In fact, it's perfect. It's cozy and cute. I really love her decor and design. You can tell it is well thought out for the space. When it was my turn, Wendy brought me in the back for my consultation. There are 2 rooms and a larger room where the sauna is held. Wendy was easy to talk to. She went over all of her services, explained in detailed. She even asked any questions that I had. I scheduled a cavitation, skin tightening and sauna for a later date. During my first appointment, Wendy made me feel comfortable to be there. She was just as excited as I was, maybe even more that I was beginning this journey of wellness. We talked and laughed like we were old friends. She's just an all around sweet individual. The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

The moment I walked in something wasn't right about this place. Seems like you can walk right off the street into here. No one really gives out appointments here. That should have been a red flag. Went online to their website and no mention of who is who of the staff or who the Dr over the clinic is. That should have been another red flag. Went in and was told until I see their Dr I was only going to be given "Passive Therapy" this consisted of a cold pack and a chair massage. Things I got at home. 2nd visit same thing. Was told I needed to see their Dr before I could receive Physical Therapy. I already had an order for PT and I gave that to them on my first visit. After the 2nd Cold Pack treatment I decided I wasn't going back. This place is nothing more than in my opinion a place people go just to get an insurance check or to get over on worker comp. I should have just picked a place my original Dr gave me when I saw him. The staff was very nice but wasn't professional in my opinion. I ended up doing PT from Youtube. Improved on my own. Don't go here if you really want treatment. If your trying to get over and get a check then this is the place for you.
