In order to leave a review, I am forced to at least choose one star but if I could give it less than one star, I would. Results were nowhere near what was promised. The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. I had a body sculpting procedure at AirSculpt in Atlanta about a year ago. After spending a lot of money, one of my thighs now looks very uneven compared to the other. I did not see the results I was promised, and instead I ended up with several scars. Please be careful and do your research before deciding to have a procedure there. I cannot recommend AirSculpt. Despite being told the procedure would be painless, I woke up during it in significant pain. I cried out and tried to get the doctor to stop. My hand was restrained, and I was left lying there crying until they put me under again. I do remember the pain The results were extremely underwhelming given the high cost. For what I paid, the outcome simply does not justify it. If I want meaningful results, I'll need to go elsewhere. On top of that, the financing experience has been a nightmare. I was sold on "no interest if paid within 24 months," yet interest was applied anyway. I've spent months going back and forth with the finance company, who told me AirSculpt needed to correct the issue. AirSculpt never resolved it. Between the traumatic experience, poor value, and lack of follow-through on billing, I strongly advise others to think carefully. You're better off finding a reputable, local, licensed plastic surgeon who will be upfront about pain, results, and costs. read more

I cannot recommend Air Sculpt - Atlanta. I am $30,000 in debt and almost lost my life. I paid for multiple procedures to be done. However, Dr. Susan Bedford did not know what she was doing. I had my original procedure in June 2024. Finally, 8 months later, I saw Dr. Bedford in follow up. She agreed to "revise" the abdominal part of my procedure. It is my belief that she used a contaminated instrument. Because 4 days later, I was taken to the ER, with decreased mental status, fever and vomiting. When I got to the ER, I was in Septic shock, had pneumonia and bacterial encephalopathy. I coded (died), I was intubated and resuscitated. I remained in ICU intubated for 6 days. When I was well enough to transition home, I was unable to walk, and my thought processes are slow and I am forgetful. I have written multiple letters explaining all of this to the management team and respectfully requesting a refund of my $33,000.00. I have NOT heard anything from Air Sculpt. They walked me through everything step by step, answered all my questions (multiple times) and never made me feel dumb. The doctor was so nice during the procedure (I was awake the whole time). I was relaxed and even enjoyed myself. They also followed up with me the next day and scheduled follow up appointments. My results are incredible. I didn't have a crazy amount of fat to begin with but I'm LOVING how even more snatched I am now. Not worth a penny of what I spent. Now 6 months later with my "new dream body", but my weight is up 20 pounds and my inches all increased (except where I paid for the "up a cup"). I have not changed my diet nor exercise routine. Wanted to pamper myself and celebrate for being done having children and cashed in most of our savings on horrible results. During my procedure, the doctor just yelled and complained to the nurses constantly, even walked out at one point. I do not recommend this place. The price and overall patient care is does not live up to all the advertisement they do. The results are minimal. The after ops is awful as the instructions are different from the printed material they give you. It has been three months since my operation and I am seeing dimples and un-even sides which will not change after 3 more months. I went in to be checked on the un-even areas and i was told that because of the type of skin, my results can be different. I should of been told that before so I could of gone somewhere that had more experience working with different types of race and skin types! I paid premium prices because of their brand and patent but at the end I am not happy with the results so that was worthless. RUN !!!!! I'm almost 150% sure they do not look at your consultation pictures and if they do they don't tell you what to expect (final results wise) until the day of surgery. I sent in my pictures Nov 20 and was told I was a good candidate and my coordinator told me I would be snatched. I paid my deposit and scheduled 4 Feb as my surgery date. No lie 15 minutes before surgery as Dr. Di is drawing on me she tells me the roll under my bra could not be completely removed, she tried to explain to me why but I tuned out because I'm like why didn't any tell me this when I sent in my pictures and before I paid in full?!? This surgery is not as easy as it looks on their IG, it's painful and as far as going back to work in a couple days ... no! That was not the case for me. I was out for two weeks so plan accordingly just in case. I got my upper/lower abdomen, waist, love handles and added my back bra roll for a total of $13000.00. So after surgery they did call me that night to check on me. They also called a 1 week post op and I mentioned that my stomach was hard. I was told to either self massage or get lymphatic massage. Again, I'm like why didn't you all tell me that beforehand. I could have lined up some massage appointments. I wasn't able to get my first massage until I was two weeks post op and let me tell you, you will feel so much better after. My massage lady said I should have been on her table a few days after surgery but again I didn't know. Fast forward, I'm now a little over 6 months post op, I went in for my follow up to discuss how unhappy I was about my back bra roll. Dr. Di tells me how good I look, I then tell her I'm not happy with my bra roll area and that if I would have known from the beginning that my back would still be fat I would have saved my money on that part. I asked her why didn't anyone tell me all she says is she has no control over that. Dr. Di said she would email the manager to talk about the issue I had with that area. Basically the manager agreed with Dr. Di, the results and the sequence of events as far as nothing being said during the consultation but right before surgery. I already have another surgery date with another doctor who said he not only can get rid of my bra roll completely but make my stomach even flatter. If you ask me Elite is not worth the hype and they are definitely overpriced. Good luck! read more

I had Lipo 360 and back roll done almost a month ago. Not sure if it's too early to talk about results. I see some results but not amazing yet (I am hopeful that it will be great results). I will say that the office staff is great. Ayana my personal care coordinator was AMAZING. She was informative and always there for me with questions and concerns. On the day of the procedure, Sundance my nurse was PHENOMENAL! She is a gem. She was informative, took her time to educate me, was compassionate and so caring. Dr. D was the doctor performing my procedure. She was nice but not very personable or informative. The procedure was not painless. I felt Dr. D was very rough during the procedure and did not care that I was uncomfortable; but I was told she produces great results (still waiting to determine if that's true) ...So, that is why I am so grateful Sundance was my nurse. She held my hand, talked and encouraged me the whole time. She made it all better! I would also like to add that post procedure, I was pretty bruised which resolved within 2 weeks and it took me a good week before I started to feel much better. I feel that Elite could do a better job with being transparent on what to really expect (like results take time over 6-12 months) and do a better job with following-up after the one-week appointment. There should definitely be a 2 week and one month appointment to provide education and keep an eye on the results. However, after the 1-week f/u, the next appointment is not until 3 months, and you are left to figure it out on your own and determine if things are looking normal or not. I had to do a lot of research to care for myself with Lymphatic drainage massage due to Seromas and Fibrosis after the procedure (which I didn't even know could occur until I researched what I was experiencing). I do have some loose skin and I don't think I am as tight or snatched as they said I would be...but again, I hope that is something will resolve with time. I would say for now Elite is okay, there are things that could be better...I will update in a few months as I continue to monitor my progress. read more

liars!!! do not go to these butchers!!! i went from disabled to disfigured! i paid 20,000 for a dream body and am living a literal nightmare. they say no needles (tray full of needles when you walk in), they say 24 hr. downtime (im 14 week out and still in pain in abdomin an butocks), they say scars are the size of a pimple (i look like i have cigarette burns on 10 parts of my body), they say minimal discomfort/painless (i screamed and cried on the table in excruciating pain ... was not numb felt the entire procedure...never received the nitrous oxide that was for "back up" in case you need it) ...i took a pill a few minutes later she was stabbing me in the abomin with the needle. they say visible and permenant results in one treatment (i had lipo 360, bra roll lipo and a braillian butt lift) my body is disgusting and disfigured. the garment they gave me was the incorrect size , i sent my daughter an hr ride to get a replacement (they gave her the wrong one) i had to wait to weeks for the correct garment. no aftercare. everyone is available to take your money. i was blown off for my one week post op exam. when i lost circulation in my left leg i was told to go to the emergency room. this place should be shut down. first i was told to wait three months for results, now im being told i need to wait 6 months for results. when i asked for the address to corporate i was given the run around. when i asked for the legal department, i was told if i go the legal route i forfeit my rights. my right were violated when the surgeon wrote in her post operative report that "the patient had mild discomfort and was eventually comfortable". all lies. i am severely depressed. i did the procedure because i had multiple injuries from being a correction officer. i retired on disability. i have had surgies on multiple body parts and could not work out to restore the severe muscle loss in my thigh and buttocks. also i had an accumulation of stomach and back fat. i look the same if not worse then the before pictures. no post operativ guidance , everything i learned was from youtube and the internet support groups. i was scammed for 20,000. do yourself a favor, go to miami and spend six grand for your dream body and great aftercare. they also told me to come in to discusss a revision at my 3 month point...really!!i would never step foot in that place ever again. that was the most traumatic experience. i had a stemcell procedure done at emory hospital where they had to do a mini lipo to harvest fat for my knee stem cells..i was fully numb, i didnt feel a thing no scars and i healed in a day. maybe emory can train the surgeons at elite body sculpture atlanta on the procedure. but hey the front desk receptionist was nice!! so the one star was for her **i sent a certified leter to the ceo/owner, dr. aaron rollins, at the beverly hills address.telling him my story and complaint. the letter was ignored read more

I've researched Elite Body Sculpture for a few years, and I am so glad I finally made the decision to have my procedure (360 ab's). Ayana (my consultant) was amazing and calmed my nerves. Dr. D, lived up to the hype and I am SO PLEASE with my results thus far (3 weeks post-op). Dr. D was upfront with me and told me there would be soreness after, which I still have (I feel really tight) but it's very manageable with no pain meds. I look forward to going back in the near future for additional work to complete my transformation. I believe it is truly worth the money. For those with negative reviews, I question if they did their research. There are only so many liters of fat that can be ethically removed in a single procedure. Depending on your BMI, it might not remove all the fat you are wanting but it will sculpt you. This will also not fix all of your problems but can be a great start to motivate you to make better/healthier choices. That was the goal for me. Where do I start? This company is terrible from what I experienced with the Atlanta office. Firstly, I recently saw a video from a doctor that used to work for the company that stated "the doctors do not see the patient until the day of surgery". So, non-medical staff evaluates you prior to your procedure. I saw the bad yelp reviews and told them I was concerned about my scheduled procedure. They immediately offered to split my procedures up in two two different dates so I would be happier with results. Being a nurse, I noticed more red flags when no one called to do my check ups. They quoted me $14,500 for the things I wanted. I only got my upper and lower abdomen done and asked for a refund due to poor aftercare and after realizing I could get a tummy tuck much cheaper. I was told that I was being refunded $9500 to my husbands card via text message. And I should've been refunded another $500 to my card. I never received the $500 so I called and called and called. Finally when I started a text message trail, the manager called me back to let me know that it was a typo and I would not be receiving my $1000 back. Now our credit card payment is late because I was told the full payment amount would be refunded. Please please please save your money. Don't even commit to the surgery, because then they will keep your money. You will be having a sales person evaluate you for surgery. During the consultation I was told that it would be no problem and they could absolutely remove the fat so I financed $5,000 and put another $3,000 in cash with it for a total of $8,000! Well it is now the end of April 2020 and I still have received NO results! None at all! It looks as if nothing was done! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Di at Elite Body Sculpture and her staff. First off let me start by saying Racheal who was my consult had the patience of a saint. I researched this procedure for almost a year. I had 2 virtual consultations, a in person consult to meet Dr. Di plus a million text messages back and forth with Racheal. The entire time she was warm, kind, patient and super helpful! I struggled with making my decision to get Airsculpt because I had a horrible experience with my breast lift/Augmentation in 2016. The anesthesia was brutal on my body and I also ended up with a pretty serious infection (not the doctors fault) it took me months to get back to normal. So, I vowed to never put my body under that type of self inflicted duress again. Even though every Airsculpt review, youtube video and live procedure said it was easy on your body it was hard for me to believe. But I was wrong... it is ALL TRUE! I finally decided to make the investment in myself and have my full waist & bra roll Airsculpted. Hands down the best thing I have ever done for myself. The procedure was a breeze! I was awake the entire time. There was a small amount of discomfort, but not pain in a few areas but overall I couldn't feel anything! It even tickled a little around my rib cage if you can imagine that. Dr. Di didn't mess around! She didn't spare a fat cell, taking 2.5 liters of body fat from my waist! The procedure was fast and my friend picked me up and I walked right out of the office feeling fine. The next morning I was able to move around my house, take care of myself and my dog. I could have NEVER done that with tradition lipo. I will say I am someone who is in good shape and take care of myself overall which is only going to enhance my results which are already dramatic! I'm one week out from my procedure. I experienced some bruising but it started healing up right away. My entry points are already closed up (they don't use any stitches by the way. I'm still a little sore but go about my work and daily chores as normal. I love they don't prescribe any narcotics which are horrible for your body. They give you 800 Ibuprofen , a antibiotic for 5 days while your entry points heal and an amazing plant based supplement to help speed the healing process which I absolutely love! I am healing super fast and couldn't be happier! I have worked everyday just fine. I'm super excited to see the final results! If you have your head right, eat well and exercise but have a problem area that you can't get handled then you need to go see Dr. Di and her staff at Elite body sculpture in Atlanta!
