It all began with an invitation for an audition from my modeling agency for an upcoming fashion show hosted by Preview Models. The event, featuring the likes of Josh Weinstein, CEO of Preview Models, and a familiar face from 90-day fiancé, and Laura James, the winner of America's Next Top Model, seemed like an opportunity I couldn't pass up. From the get-go, I was impressed with Preview Models' professionalism, organization, and welcoming atmosphere. After signing in, I joined other hopefuls in a conference room, where we learned about the company's mission, vision, and the journey ahead of us. It was at this point I was introduced to the financial commitment involved. Though a significant investment, I chose the comprehensive VIP package, confident in the potential returns of this journey. With my place secured, I received a plethora of training materials, tips, and pointers through email, including videos on the catwalk, posing, and interviewing featuring industry veterans like Brittany Sharaun and Laura James. Their mentoring proved to be indispensable, particularly given my relative inexperience in the modeling scene. The fashion show, themed around the Cyberpunk genre and featuring Chanel West Coast's new swimwear line, Coasty Swim, was the next major milestone. In the run-up, Preview Models' email guidance was thorough and detailed, preparing us for every aspect of the show, from photo shoots to meet-and-greets with agents. Throughout the journey, their professionalism and commitment were ever-present. They provided ample guidance on photoshoots, producing high-quality photos and comp cards, and addressed any queries promptly. Their comprehensive approach extended to the actual event, where a series of activities from VIP registration, designer fittings, workshops, photo shoots, to the actual fashion show and agent meet-and-greets made for an immersive, enriching experience. Post-show, the wait for callbacks was nail-biting, but Preview Models handled the process efficiently. The updates on their social media platforms and personalized emails made it easier to navigate this process. I received five callbacks, one of which resulted in a successful contract. This alone would have made the journey worth it, but there was much more to gain. Despite the significant financial commitment and the time and effort required, my experience with Preview Models was an enriching journey that elevated my modeling career to a new level. The comprehensive training, hands-on workshops, portfolio-building, and networking opportunities, coupled with continuous support from the team, were well beyond what I had anticipated. While I believe potential models should be aware of the extra costs involved and the nature of this investment, I can't deny the value and opportunities it provided. The one area for improvement would be more upfront transparency about these costs and the process. Overall, I'm pleased to award my experience with Preview Models a full five stars. Although rigorous and intense, this journey was a rewarding venture into the modeling industry. The wealth of resources, high-profile exposure, and ultimately, the opportunities for career advancement I gained were truly invaluable and worth the investment. Hi! This is Piper Blaise (using my moms account) Preview Models was life changing for me. Let me first start with the team and entire staff. All were there for the models. To bring out their true potential, build self esteem, give them skills to be successful in this industry. They explained everything to us from the good to the parts about how much work goes into being successful so we were fully aware and prepared. The classes to get us prepared were amazing! We were all given the attention we needed, motivated, were told how to improve and work on things and then the things that we were doing spot on. I loved all the coaches and mentors I was able to work with. The other models were all so incredibly kind, and we helped eachother. It was like we became a big Preview Model family over the weekend. We were so well prepared for The show and the show was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!! I have walked for many designers in NY fashion week all the way to Paris and Milan fashion week. And this show was even more spectacular than those. The designers that we were chosen by had absolutely beautiful clothes and got them to us. I even got to wear a dress from a designer that does designs for celebrities! Before we arrived in California we had many zooms for information, what was expected, some mini classes.m, question asking. I could write a book about how this weekend was life changing. I have never interviewed before but felt so prepared going in by myself to interview with the agents and managers because Preview models gave me the tools to Do so and even went over my portfolio so it was perfect. I had so many call backs and I'm still in the process of choosing an agent BUT I have already booked a commercial with a pharmaceutical company, was asked to be in several photoshoots, appear on billboards at NY fashion week and have fashion shows booked out until September of next year... some internationally! Take this advice from me, and 11 year old, that isn't tiny and thin, not tall, I have dyslexia and a speech delay and wear glasses and contacts..... if you want to build that confidence to show your true colors, Preview models is the first thing you should be doing. You aren't just another model or number. They remembered me by name even just from the zooms. They know their models, they want them to be that next big star. They are cheering you on. They are there for their love of seeing their talents succeed. This experience will be one of the best things that has ever happened to me! I highly recommend preview models in every aspect. They are NOT an agency! They are a modeling development company. Preview models sets the foundation for someone who is a first time model, looking to venture into the modeling industry. Preview models prepares you for a 4 day event which gives you the opportunity to walk in a fashion show for preview models and also an opportunity to walk the runway showcasing different designs by designers that pick you. It starts with an audition in your area, a call back, and months leading to the production you are involved with zoom meetings & mentorship Q&A from professional models & influencers to get prepared for the show. Once the event starts we meet with designers, rehearsals & makeup. We met special guest stars including Chanel west coast, the 90 bad boys from 90 day fiance, and other entertainers & influencers. Can you believe that!!! I could see the Hollywood sign right from my window!!!! I was on a private floor and everything!!! I felt like royalty! Meeting amazing designers and wearing their creations was something right out of Paris Fashion week!! The show itself was spectacular with celebrity guests and performances!! Preview Models was an amazing experience! From the time that I auditioned in August, to the experience in HOLLYWOOD, walking the runway and living the dream. Everything was fanominal! I've been an aspiring model since a child. I've walked a few local fashion shows, took up theater in high school, and began freelance modeling in my late teens. During my preview model experience, we went through acting classes, runway classes, and knowledge training! The training and exposure gained from my experience with Preview Models was incredible. From runway classes, to acting classes, to seminars explaining what to expect from the industry and how to best set yourself up for success, it was an in-depth modeling/acting workshop mixed with an amazing opportunity to be seen by designers, managers, and agencies. Walking for up-and-coming designers and getting to showcase their new collections in a beautifully produced show was a dream. The most valuable part besides actually getting to step out onto the runway was being able to interview with 18 modeling and talent agencies all in one day. This experience was absolutely wonderful. Not only is the Preview Team extremely helpful, but also all so kind and genuinely care about what they are doing. The seminars were all very informative and engaging. The acting classes and runway class were so fun and made me more interested in expanding my talents.
