Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. If you own a hemi motor, flow master outlaw mufflers are definitely way to go!!! Flow master part number: 815425 of 815425s; these two different numbers illustrate short muffler and long muffler. My dodge Durango RT, you have three mufflers; two on rear, one huge suitcase resignator middle; if you choose to be quite obnoxious, change all three mufflers with both part numbers provided, but middle muffler replacement is definitely adequate, then just deleting rear mufflers adding tips; rear tips should be at least 4", and 5" fill rear spot even better.
