This is my first experience with Beverly Express and I was highly disappointed. My driver seemed to…read morenot know where we were going or what was going on. When we got in the car she was struggling to reverse and it took several minutes for us to depart. The car was extremely hot and she informed us the air conditioning was broken. After this she also said the windows did not work. As I previously mentioned, it was dangerously hot. After the heat incident, she informed us the brakes were about to "go". This was alarming considering they were six of us in the car. Every time we approached a stop sign she put the car in neutral as she stated the brakes didn't work. I was trying to use a local service however I was extremely disappointed and I will not be using this service again.

I called this company to come tow away my old vehicle. He looked at my vehicle and stated that because the catalytic converters were not the originals that he could not take my vehicle and then I wasted his time. I let him know that the person that I spoke to to arrange the appointment never asked if they were original. They just asked if I had them. Then to add insult to injury, he pulled out the driveway and was attempting to back in better to hook up my vehicle, and in the process hit my brand new car that was parked on the street not once, but twice!! I was yelling hey you hit my car you hit my car and because he was only 19 years old, which, according to Illinois is not legal age to drive a tow truck he just said oops sorry about that. So I got a screenshot of his drivers license and he gave me the owner's information and said call the owner he'll take care of it. Well, that was six weeks ago and after several attempts to contact the owner, I have not heard from him at all. I would definitely not use this company. And I'm just going to let my Auto insurance company fight him to pay for the damage to my new vehicle. Luckily it's mostly cosmetic but the fact of the matter is this young man had no business driving a tow truck cause he clearly didn't know what the heck he was doing and the owner is very Shystie and not getting back to me to resolve this matter.
