I called this company to come tow away my old vehicle. They asked if I had a transmission, engine and catalytic converters and I said yes when the young man came, he was wearing shorts and flip-flops. He looked at my vehicle and stated that because the catalytic converters were not the originals that he could not take my vehicle and then I wasted his time. I let him know that the person that I spoke to to arrange the appointment never asked if they were original. They just asked if I had them. Then to add insult to injury, he pulled out the driveway and was attempting to back in better to hook up my vehicle, and in the process hit my brand new car that was parked on the street not once, but twice!! I was yelling hey you hit my car you hit my car and because he was only 19 years old, which, according to Illinois is not legal age to drive a tow truck he just said oops sorry about that. So I got a screenshot of his drivers license and he gave me the owner's information and said call the owner he'll take care of it. Well, that was six weeks ago and after several attempts to contact the owner, I have not heard from him at all. I would definitely not use this company. And I'm just going to let my Auto insurance company fight him to pay for the damage to my new vehicle. Luckily it's mostly cosmetic but the fact of the matter is this young man had no business driving a tow truck cause he clearly didn't know what the heck he was doing and the owner is very Shystie and not getting back to me to resolve this matter. Service was beyond horrible. You are not allowed inside to speak to anyone let alone to recover your own personal property. The lady that controls the front door is very rude and literally shut the door in my face while i was talking! The young guy servicing the people including me was very slow and rudely short answered everyone. We all had appointments and still waited over a hour and half to be taken care of. My control alignment is off and some mechanical issues with my driving suspension is new. On November 17th 2019. A tow truck driver ran into my car while trying to tow the car next to mines. It happened at my apartment complex. My car was parked in it parking spot. My next door neighbor told me the guy hit my car. I ran outside in boxers and asked for his information. The only thing he said was the company will pay for it then sped off with the other guy car. I filled out a police report and they mark it as a hit and run. So the next day I go to the office to speak to manager jerry and was told we'll take it to his shop to get fix. No I said I want insurance info then he said they are self insured. So I had to go through my insurance. It's now December 19th and Geico still haven't heard anything from them. Scammers and grimey people My car got towed and i was there no more than 6 hrs later they went through my car and put all my stuff in a bag like I wasn't going to come get it after I just talked a rude female saying I was. This company just towed my car in error! Didn't so much as leave me a note! I called the police because I thought someone tried to steal it and failed! They brought it back to the store I was shopping in and just left it parked all crazy. Apparently they also failed to come to the police station first to let them know they were going to be repossessing a car. They didn't bother to verify the VIN# and took my very popular make and model car. Wish I could give you negative stars. read more
