I called and asked for about a good machine without all the bells and whistles. the cost of the machine was approximately $245. plus $60.00 for delivery put no charge to haul away my old one. plus tax. when the machine was delivered they hooked it all up but realized they did not level it. I was not home when it came but I did let my daughter in law handle it for me. she called and said it was small and would not handle all laundry for six people. I got on the phone and called and explained my problem with the machine. I was informed that they could not pick it up same day and would have to wait until next day and that I would get my money back. next day came and went. I would call but no one would answer. oh they did not provide a receipt. so I had a friend load up the washer on a friends pu truck and brought it back to them. they gave me a hard time about the return and would only refund the cost of the washer but would probably charge a restocking fee. I also gave them my 8 year old washer which I know they can fix and sale it. I was disappointed with not getting my full refund. the warranty was for 90 days. so the best thing to do is buy new with full two year or more warranty. do not deal with this place. We found Price Buster Appliance last year when we were looking for a reasonably priced washer and dryer. They had exactly what we wanted at a great price, and were friendly and easy to deal with. The appliances were delivered to us within a day, and because they are refurbished they offer a one year parts and service warranty. Yesterday the washer stopped working at the spin cycle. I called this morning and they had someone out here within two hours. He found the problem right away, replaced the part, and was done in less than 15 minutes - all at no charge! We definitely would not hesistate to recommend them or to shop there again in the future! read more

I purchased a dryer from Price Buster Appliance and after the first use, I noticed that the dryer's sensor was not working so I called Price Buster Appliance and informed them of the problem. They told me they could fix the problem in a week and picked up the dryer from my home. After a month, every week I would call Price Buster Appliance to find out when the dryer would be fixed. They kept telling me they were waiting for a part. After two and half months, I told them that I could no longer wait for the part and if they could replace the dryer. They informed me that they do not refund nor replace appliances bought at their store. Today they delivered the dryer with the broken sensor and with tons of scratches. They have very poor customer service and no warranty on their appliance. I will never ever buy anything from Price Buster Appliance ever again. Please take this as a warning and go else where to purchase appliance. I do not recommend Price Buster Appliance. They are the worst place I have ever done business with. I'm literally shocked that these criminals even have a business license! 02/29/16 I purchased a refrigerator from Price Buster Appliance for $276.90 with a one year warranty. A few days after purchasing the fridge my house was over run by roaches. They were nested in the back of the fridge. A few weeks later the refrigerator started leaking water on the inside. A few days after the leaking started the freezer began to freeze over, even when I turned the setting down. 05/22/16 I returned the fridge and was able to take home a different fridge. (Mind you I'm working 25 hours a week plus going to school full time, there's not a lot of time for me to just clean out my entire fridge and drive 40 mins away to exchange it). After getting the new fridge home and plugging it in, nearly 6 hours later the fridge was not getting cool. I attempted to call the store several times, during their business hours and no one answered. I even went so far as to message the businesses Facebook page. My message was shown as "read" by the business but I never got a response back or phone call. After an hour of calling, a guy named Jordan answered the phone and told me that the fridge could take up to 24 hours to reach the correct temperature. I could definitely understand that but asked him if it should at least be getting somewhat cold. Jordan told me that I could once again come pick up another fridge if I would like to. Obviously I did not want to make another trip to Price Buster Appliance and decided to take Jordan's advice and wait the full 24 hours for the fridge to be cold. It has now been well over 24 hours and the fridge has not gotten cold. All of the groceries that I had in both the freezer and fridge are ruined! I want to get my money back from Price Buster Appliance and buy a brand new fridge, because I will NEVER go to another used appliance store again! Unfortunately they do not offer refunds and make NO EXCEPTIONS. I called and asked to speak with the business owner and I was denied any information of who he or she is or a phone number where I can contact him or her. Completely unprofessional!!! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business. This place is not even a business, it's a scam. The only reason why I bought a fridge from here is because I originally purchased a fridge off craigslist that did not work so I decided to go with a legitimate business. I never noticed this before but on the Customer Warranty Agreement I was given is a short sentence stating "PBA is NOT responsible for infestations that may occur after purchase (i.e. roaches, insects, critters of any kind, etc.)" This basically tells me that a numerous amount of people have had this issue and complained about it so much that the company has had to put this statement in their warranty agreement. That honestly disgusts me. So now I'm out $276.90 that I paid for the fridge, at least $150 in groceries, around $20 in gas and I have a roach infestation in my house that will cost me anywhere from $100 to $300. So in total I'm out $547 to $747 (depending on the final cost of the extermination), and still NO FRIDGE! read more

Worst service ever! Bought an in-wall oven 3 days ago. Got it installed today, and neither of the burners are turning on. Called and spoke to Johnny, and was told that the only way they would honor their one-year warranty is if I uninstalled it (including disconnecting the hardwired power) and transported it back for them to look at, then pay someone else to re-install it. This would cost 3x more than the cost of the oven to identify a problem with an appliance that was supposedly tested prior to purchase and in 100% working condition, according to their warranty. No other option was offered and they refuse to do installation themselves. read more

I called up Price Buster Appliance to get a quote to repair my refrigerator. They told me they do not repair onsite, they take it back to their shop. I was also told that if i put down a deposit on the repair (in addition to the delivery fee for them to come get my refrigerator) that they would give me a loaner refrigerator to use while they were fixing mine (because who wants to be without a refrigerator for days) i called a few other places and decided that this was the place i wanted to use. I called them back and spoke to a different person, first time was a woman, second time was a man. And he said, he had no idea what i was talking about. Put me on hold (i thought i had been disconnected so i called back) he said they don't do loaners. I said ok and was ready to make an appointment when he hung up on me for no reason. I did hear him say that "people were pissing me off today" before the line went dead. So i guess if you are going to call this place, get names and get proof of whatever they say, and hope that whoever you speak to is in a good mood. They obviously did not want my business. read more

Purchased a GE glass top stove from Johnny. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and showed us several models. He plugged it in before we completed any paperwork to make sure every single thing worked properly-the burners, broiler, timer, clock-everything. He was extremely friendly, patient and even helped load the stove into the truck. Very satisfied with our purchase and customer service here. They promise all appliances have been maintenanced and are in proper working order. This is false. I purchased a washer and dryer and when they arrived the washer would not spin or drain and the dryer made a terrible screeching sound. They picked the set back up saying they would fix the washer and bring a different dryer. When they brought it back the replaced dryer worked but the washer still didn't at which point the owner got tired of dealing with it and said they were just going to refund me, which they did minus the $40 delivery fee because he said it must have been something about our house, not the machines. read more

Please beware of this company. I bought a refrigerator and paid for delivery from these people with a 1 year warranty which was their big selling point. Within 30 days the refrigerator door knocked when it opened. I called to request a service call. The salesman said "well don't you have a husband or a boyfriend who can fix this"? Additionally, I was told this was a cosmetic issue and not covered by the warranty. These people are very anxious to sell but when it comes down to the warranty, they do not fulfill their promise. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set on 07/05/19. Upon the purchase within a month I experienced issues with the washer machine not completing cycles. I experienced an increase in my water and gas bill since I purchased these items. Several occasions I called Price Buster and they took my washer to be fixed but each time it was never properly fix. My family and I had to readjust our lives due to being without a washing machine more than 5 times. So, this time I sent video showing that the washing machine was never fixed and still not completing cycles and continues to repeat at the spin cycle and rinse wasting my water and gas. Finally, they took the washer and gave me a loaner and it's been over a month. 3 months ago, I also explained to them that the dryer was also not working properly and taking hours to dry a load running my gas bill as well. Due to it being gas dryer and I live in an apartment I must pay someone to connect and disconnect the dry which cost about $70 to $130 each visit. I am a single mother of 3 and this is financial burden for me. I finally save the funds to have someone dis connect the dry 3 weeks ago and Price Buster took the dryer to be fixed. Once again, the dryer was returned yesterday, and I paid for it to be connected today. I put one load of clothes in and within 20 minutes a loud boom from dryer and it stopped working. I shut it off and restart but still not working. At this point I am furious with the service that I have received from Price Buster and it has been a dreadful long 8 months dealing with Price Buster and their appliances. I am to the point where another washer and dryer set would not suffice as it will only be the same thing. It seems that exceptional product service delivery is not take in to account when it comes to customers but only financial gain for the company. Low income families come to guys for service as they cannot afford to buy new and this should not be the quality of service that they are given. Run fast! We bought a washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave at Price Buster. They claim everything has been tested. They also have a return and repair policy that makes it nearly impossible to get anything done. The ice maker in the fridge was disgusting, caked over with dirt and mold. We returned the ice maker and got a new one. We have since replaced the fridge with a new one, the leaking repairs were getting costly. The dishwasher was installed, it didn't work, back to Orlando, to get another dishwasher. Today, the washer goes out. We have had these appliances less than 8 months. read more

Very shady. My wife came in and bought an electric dryer when I returned with my truck to pick it up they tried to tell me she bought a gas one. I said since there is obviously a mix up here just give me a refund and we will come back together and get one. They told me no refunds even though I had not left the store with any product. After arguing for half an hour and them claiming they didn't know how to give refunds to a credit card I eventually got my money back in cash, even though I paid with a credit card. While I was arguing with them I was informing other customers in the store about what happened to me and at least one other customer was in the process of paying for a gas dryer that the salesman said was electric and they left the store as well. Very dishonest, rude and aggresive about how they run their shady business. I would not recommend to anyone under any circumstance. read more
