Went down that morning, purchased it, and had it delivered that day, which was a plus. Delivery and hook-up were an additional $200. In delivering the fridge, they bumped the corner wall not once but twice. Bending the metal edge and cracking the plaster. The fridge was a 1/4 of an inch too tall, did measure store display showed a 1/16 inch shorter than the cabinet. Called and talked to someone in the office about it. They said it's adjustable and that a tech would contact me the next day. They never did; I contacted the manufacture they verified that it's not adjustable. Ended up taking the overhead cabinet down. Still pleased with the purchase and would go back.

I had to reach out. Not good business practices. Just because their cheaper doesn't mean there better. Could have paid more and had it fix today. I'll chalk this experience up to a "learning opportunity." What should have been a simple $2…read moreflapper replacement for a slightly annoying leaky toilet turned into a far more expensive (and stressful) tank replacement. On the advice of a friend, I chose to replace the complete innards of the tank because the new system would make my toilet "more efficient." Efficiency went out the door the second I over tightened the bolts on the tank and cracked the porcelain. For those who haven't cracked a porcelain toilet before, repair is technically possible using an epoxy and a handful of hope, but eventually the crack will worsen and fail. Why would the crack worsen? The water that refills the tank is much colder or hotter than room temp and those temp changes cause the cracks to contract/expand over time and worsen. The net result would be a complete flood once the tank breaks. Why all this background? My first trip to get the tank was to a typically big box home improvement store. There, the solution was only a new toilet (~$100+) and a fair amount of work tearing out the old toilet and installing the new one. At Ferguson's, the extremely knowledgable staff was able to determine a replacement tank that fit my current bowl perfectly. The tank was slightly different than the original, but fit just as well, had all the innards pre-installed and cost only $40. I had the tank replaced within 10min of arriving home and can now rest easy that my tank won't explode or leak while away at work one day. This particular site has nearly every plumbing supply you could ever need. The prices are clearly comparable or better than the big box stores and the staff is definitely more knowledgable. If I ever decide to go all "Tim Allen" on my plumbing again, these will absolutely be the first people I call. And so should you.....

To be clear: this isn't about the showroom staff, who were pleasant enough during the sales process. This is about the product itself, the customer service after the sale, and the overall company culture that allowed this to happen five times. Ordered July 2. $12,000 grill, $30,000+ in total damage once you count the renovation delays, rescheduled contractors, and extended rental costs. It took longer to arrive than my entire kitchen and four bathroom renovations combined. I specifically asked them to send the correctly-fitting top sitting in their own warehouse. Customer service said no, promised the replacement would fit. It didn't -- gaps over 1/2" around every appliance. I visited their showroom to compare: their display model has gaps under 1/4". Not close. Customer service told me the countertop "fits superbly" (it doesn't), sent me to their showroom to "prove" it (it didn't), then stopped responding -- and blocked my number when I kept pushing for a real fix. Emailed CEO Ray Baskett directly, multiple times. Silence. Skip the fake-looking reviews here (employees need 2 positive reviews a week for a bonus -- check Reddit). Real story's on Trustpilot: 1.8/5. Save your money, your renovation timeline, and your sanity. Even Costco would've been the smarter call.

I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping. As they have an ever-changing in inventory they are definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.
