So I felt very familiar with the layout of the store as if I've been here before. Store is very clean and well stocked. It was easy to find the items that I was looking for. The pharmacy tech asked me how she could help me. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for several months. My insurance company keeps denying the medicine my doctor wants to put me on. I found a coupon online from the manufacturer And thought I would try it here. I have tried it at other locations and it's not worked. The pharmacy tech got together with the pharmacist. They were both very helpful. They did some finagling and were able to get my insurance company to pay for some of the prescription and the coupon to pay for some of it. This meant that I still had a pretty high co-pay but I also saved $1000 on the retail price of the prescription. I am quite pleased! This is a Pharmacy that will go to bat for you. I have been nothing but nice to her and she will even yell at me for going the wrong way to enter the line when I'm the only one in line. She harassed a young man checking out about him buying condoms and saying he was a bad person. Aside from that i had to ask multiple times for my meds to be switched to this pharmacy after I moved because I wouldn't be seeing my doctor for a bit. They reassured me they'd switch it and I ended up having to drive to my previous city to get it. They don't manage prescriptions well at all. Half the time it's not even filled and they tell me to come back later to which I do and it's still not filled. If I could give one star I could. Go literally anywhere else.
