This is by far the worst car dealership in Culpeper, then when you confront them with a the problem of the car they act like it's nothing they can do or like they sold you a perfectly healthy car... you've been warned

I didn't get to walk off in a huff, have someone go "talk to a manager," or have a manager brought to me (I was working WITH the manager directly), and I still feel I received a good deal from a family-owned & operated business. Nick and Danielle stayed open for me to get in from Youngsville, North Carolina, and stayed until past 7:00 to make sure the deal was done (and done right). They made me feel very comfortable, offered me cupcakes (delicious, homemade cupcakes - won't get that at a big name dealership!), and even had a cigarette break with me while we waited on hold for my bank to approve the deal. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and can confidently recommend doing business with M & B Auto Group. Those who know me, know I'm particular (eccentric?), and not the easiest customer to please when it comes to my cars. So for this to be a "one and done," is kind of amazing.
