Lol. Also not even mentioning the 2-300 dollar processing fee. This seller is a joke. Having owned 3 of these(e36's all were obtained at better price and condition) i understand the price of the vehicle and cost of parts and labor as well. I messaged the seller and basically explained where I come from and how unreasonable the pricing was, especially the "blocking of low ballers standpoint held." I suggested the seller to at least accept an o.b.o. and then was shortly blocked thereafter. If you want to work with a business that hopes to prey on ignorance and act childish and block you, have fun.

Not pushy but could have been a little more flexible on price. TJ himself is very friendly and easy to talk to. He will sell you a good product at a fair price. After driving my car for two weeks, having it Maryland inspected and getting a great big thumbs up from my own mechanic, I know I got a great car at a great price. Salesman stated they would fix the items and that car would be ready to pick up in a few days. Upon picking up vehicle car broke down. They picked up vehicle and did just enough to get it back on the road. After getting the car back a second time it continue to have problems, died again and ended up needing several hundred dollars in repairs. While I realize that used car purchases are as is this was absolutely ridiculous! Come to find out they purchase their vehicles from an auction house. I could have done that and just took my chances on the sale. Oh and it took forever to get my hands on the car title! Buy from them at your own risk.

Then he said we couldn't take the car because it was Sunday and his manager wasn't there to approve the paperwork(after he told us to come back the next day). We waited for an hour and a half (after driving two hours) for him to show up. When he finally arrived he looked pissed like we were inconveniencing him. Needless to say we went somewhere else and purchase a better car in a matter of minutes. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

My experience with Tim was very simple, NO pressure, and super easy to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. He allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice, agreed to make a replacement of an item on the vehicle, and is also very well known and respected in the mechanic field in the local area. I had an issue with the aftermarket alarm/remote start system, that I was not familiar with. I pushed too many buttons and somehow tampered with the programming. Tim came out to my RESIDENCE to try and assist me with fixing it, on his OWN TIME, in the rain! That's customer service folks! I recommend Tim and 3 Star to anyone who wants honesty, respect and great service. It made purchasing a car very simple.

He deserves 5 stars. I only wish he could have been the one from whom we ended up purchasing the car we bought. He is a very thoughtful and honest salesman. My son was the one purchasing the car, and CJ made sure to take time to inform him of what he should be looking for in a carfax report, and why it mattered. We appreciated his insight and caring manner. He wasn't over the top or pushy, which made us feel comfortable. If you do go to this location to get a car, and happen to find one, I recommend you ask to work with CJ!!

I called, texted and emailed to thank them for holding the car, but explained what our situation was. Not only were the UNRESPONSIVE, but when I finally did get an answer, they were rude and extremely unprofessional, stating that they lost money because of our actions!! How did you lose money when the car had been sold!!?? A family EMERGENCY!! REALLY? We're filing a police report, a fraudulent dispute and going to the Better Business Bureau.
