Avoid this place at all costs! I bought a used car there with 83,000 miles on it. As soon as I left…read morethe lot, it started popping in the front end on turns. I took it back and it needed both cv axle joints. The repair was almost $1500 and I had to pay half! Then the transmission started slipping and diagnostics says the dual clutch assembly is bad and that repair is $2647! I've only had it 6 weeks! Please do not buy a used car there!!

Just bought our brand new 2020 Pacifica from Chrysler of Culpeper today! It was our 4th purchase…read moreof a Dodge product but first time at CoC. I have mostly positive things to say and then a few typical items to share: 1). The good Wyatt was our salesperson and at only 21 yrs old sold us his 13th car for the month of June! He was a damn fine salesperson and he felt like very low pressure and relaxed with us. There was no sense of stereotypical salesman pushiness or arrogance. We enjoyed this young man alot... we recommend visiting him for a decent buying experience! In addition, the sales process was relatively easy and they worked well with our needs and requests. We walked away with the vehicle we wanted and with the monthly payment we needed. 2). The typical There were two cars that were identical and priced $700 apart due to "battery replacement" on the more expensive one. Think what you will of this. Sales manager was nice enough and we enjoyed working with him. But, when it came to looking at the extended warranty, the price was always his best price... until he "shifted things around" and found us like 3 more best prices. We were almost convinced to buy one but remembered that companies are ALWAYS offering extended warranties because they want your business, so we will wait and purchase elsewhere. Just seemed shady. Lastly, the wait on the sales manager to crunch their numbers is mind numbing and stupid. Folks, we have computers in 2020 and things should go faster. This is why people goto Carmax! All in all... we bought our vehicle here because it was friendly, local, competitive and we enjoyed Wyatt!

Sam Wali presented us with a price that was at the top off he vehicles value so we negotiated it down some as the vehicles car-fax was showing a minor and a moderate accident. They vehicle wasn't perfect however since it was going to be a teens first ride we wasn't expecting it to be. Sam assured us that the vehicle was a solid choice even stating that he was personally driving it to Chantilly multiple times a week. We purchased the vehicle and had a lengthy drive home from there to richmond. Here's where things went down hill. It wasn't a day we got the "Christmas tree of lights" as some owners refer to the error lights appearing on the dash. Thinking it could be something small the technician at a local shop to us gave us the true story. They hybrid battery was in failure and was able to only hold 24% of its capacity. I have to take some responsibility here as I should've done my due diligence in really having another shop really go through the car before purchase and not just the visual inspection. However the technician assured me that they fault wasn't 100% my own as when he pull the black box and ecu/bcm module data he showed me where the cars computer had the error previously and it was cleared just a few trips before I even test drove the vehicle. Basically showing how this issue was ignored and attempted to be covered up for sale. I was furious. Attached are the photos of the scan tool data for all to see. Of course I spoke to Sam about the issue and he gave me every excuse from the car was heavily discounted (which it was not), to that the car-fax doesn't really mean anything (then why shove it in my face as reassurance before the sale) since it's so unreliable? Avoid this place and find yourself a good used dealer to spend your hard earned money with. Places like this are exactly why private business' in this industry struggle. Was able to find a place that will come to my home and replace the entire hybrid battery pack for $1499. Hopefully this will be my one and only big repair on this vehicle during its time with my household.
