But besides the cheap produce they also sell prepared (chopped) fruits and vegetables much cheaper than supermarkets, so great for a grab on the way home for dinner/potluck sort of emergencies!!!

Walk inside and it's a full blown party. Packed, buzzing, and overflowing with insanely creative vendors. I'm talking Lego sunglasses, origami jewelry, kimono purses... like whaaaat is happening and how do I buy all of it? Seriously blown away by the artists here. So many unique finds you won't see anywhere else. I was ready to recruit half of them to Tucson markets. Parking can be a bit of a sport if you show up late, but it's free, so we persevere. Amazingly there were few trash cans but the venue was not filled with garbage, so staff does an excellent job picking up and emptying trash cans. Go early or you will have to park a few blocks away.

Absolutely stunning pieces of art and my guy bought me one of the hot air balloon pieces to commemorate our 1st anniversary. It honestly couldn't have been more perfect! The artist herself was incredibly sweet and wonderful to talk with. It was amazing getting to hear about her process as well!

This places has pretty much everything you could imagine to help with your southwest or Mexican meal (not meat, but they do have dairy products). Those amazing roasted chiles, Bags and bags of chiles and any spice or seasoning you could ask for. We picked up Sweet Pecos Watermelons which are small but mighty. I also grabbed some nice cheeses and some jerky. Oh and of course, cookies. Biscochitos, chile cookies and wedding cookies. It's immaculately clean and the staff is tremdously helpful and friendly. It didn't last three or four days and those are huge watermelons so if you're looking for a ripe fruit that you're going to use in the next day or two this is definitely the place. You absolutely cannot beat Pecos cantaloupe but you better really check your fruit and vegetables great staff everyone is very friendly very helpful. I just hate that the fruit is so ripe.

I can't tell you how many times I have bought hot chile from other places and the chile ended being mild. Rosales' hot is hot and flavorful. The owners of the farm work at this location and were very helpful answering questions. I like to buy my chili when it starts turning from green to red. The owner said that the chili starts to turn red at the end of September but if you wet the sack and keep it cool overnight that it would start turning red the next day. I roast my own chile so I did this and it worked. The owners take pride in their farm and their chile and it shows. For those who are new to peeling roasted chili I attached a photo of my chile peeling table. The bowl of water is for rinsing the peelings and seeds that get on your fingers. Long story short, I highly recommend Rosales Produce and will now be a repeat customer.

I don't remember the name of what we ordered but it came with eggs and basically mashed potatoes. It was unique, and the flavor was so unique and delightful. I will know that it is quite a bit of way outside of Albuquerque, but a very pretty drive. They also have a little shop of some local goods, definitely worth checking out.
