James' crew came over quickly, repaired the immediate damage, and then did major maintenance on the remaining fence (which was about 16 years old) including tightening or replacing wire, putting in new insulators, and trenching fresh wire under all the gates. I called this fella in an attemp to get an estimate for some work I needed done. He shows up, late,…read moreand a young child with him. I let them in and while "Dad" is working up his estimate the kid is walking around my house touching and snooping at everything. No big deal I guess, a working parent I presume. I get a verbal estimate and he leaves. I later call this fella back after wondering why he was so much lower than the other 3 estimates. (significantly lower). He says he can beat anyones price. So I ask to get the estimate in writing and the job is his, sure he says. I will get it right to you "tommorrow". Tommorrow has never come. I have called several times and left several messages, no answer. (2 weeks) So I try calling from a different number and TADA he answers on 1st ring! I can tell by his voice he is surprised at the voice on the other end of his phone. I get the "I've been very busy excuse" yet I've seen his service vehicle sitting at his rental space garage most of the days as I drove by in my work vehicle. (I drive a transit bus). So he hurredly tells me he will call me later that day and we can schedule the work. That phonecall never came either. I sent this fella a text message and asked him if he was even interested in the job as communication efforts seem to tell me he is'nt. 3 hours later I get a text back that says he just got home from working and that I would need to find a different electrician because I kepp bothering him. Wow, I thought. A business owner is being bothered by someone who wants to pay him for his services. I guess getting it in writing was to tough a task, or his intentions were to get the job and bend me over with the final bill. I have since talked with other business owners in the area and have heard nothing but negative feedback on this fella. Now I understand why his service vehicle is an old beat up rust bucket and works out of a 1 car garage. BEWARE, CON ARTIST!

After the huge snow storm that came thru our drains and toilets quit working. Didn't even offer to come out and take a look to see if we had a clog or if we needed our tank emptied. My husband called Johnson's late on a Saturday, the lady that answered the phone was very sympathetic and helpful. They showed up bright and early the next day (Sunday). Had us fixed up quickly with no issues. The guys that came were nice and very polite. We were shocked at the price, we were expecting it to be way more. We will call them again!!!
