I called ahead and spoke with Nicole, who was incredibly friendly and was able to get us scheduled for the next available appointment. We discussed the Silver package, which included shampoo and conditioner, brushing, a hair trim, nail trim, and anal gland expression (with a small upcharge). The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. Kira was ready for pickup within two hours of drop-off and looked absolutely beautiful! The full groom was $75 (teeth brushing isn't included, which wasn't a big deal for me), and everything was finished in a little over two hours. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because this was our first visit. One minor thing: they used a bit too much scented powder, so the fragrance was a little overwhelming for my taste. That's an easy fix, though--I'll just ask for less or none next time. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be back. If future visits are just as good, I'll be happy to update my rating to 5 stars.

I took my cat in at 10:45, the lady said it would take around 4 hours. My first thought was , wow that's a long time but it was a weekend so I figured maybe they are just behind. I end up going back to check on my cat at 2pm, to see her STILL in her crate on the counter! Nothing was done to her, there excuse was they worked on another cat by accident. If i wanted to wait until 4:45pm to have her trimmed! What was the purpose of having an appointment? I'm so disappointed, and upset to have my cat sit in her crate for so long with no water, food. I ended up taking my cat from this place. My poor cat was so thirsty she was panting in the car, her tongue out like a dog! I have never seen her this way. All this trauma to my cat because of an unprofessional business. I will never go back! I don't recommend this place at all!
