I completely understand that emergencies and last-minute situations happen. What I don't understand is the complete lack of communication. My appointment had already been rescheduled once, and when it couldn't be accommodated again, no one bothered to call or text me to let me know. Instead, I was left wasting my time with no explanation. I decided to give this place another chance because I had a positive experience with my previous groomer, but unfortunately, this visit changed my opinion entirely. On top of the poor customer service, the shop itself appeared to lack many of the basic grooming essentials you'd expect from a professional grooming business, which did not inspire confidence. Respecting your customers' time is one of the most basic aspects of good customer service. A simple phone call or text would have made all the difference. Instead, I was left disappointed and frustrated. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business based on my experience.
