We envisioned having to visit many nurseries to end up with all we needed, by 6pm we walked out with 3 types of ground coverings, lavendar plants, 2 types of ornamental grasses, in the end over 20 beautiful healthy plants and in comparison to other "popular" places the prices were extremely reasonable and fair. Don't let the curb side size of the place deter you, it is HUGE once inside and they seem to be way ahead of the competition when it comes to variety. ENJOY, we sure did! After five hours, no phone call or email was received, so I attempted to call the vendor (phone OUT OF SERVICE) and send an email (no response). I was concerned, having just forked over $200 to a business that I could not get in touch with, so I contacted Bloom Nation, who ALSO tried to get in touch with the vendor, to no avail. Finally a message was sent to me that the flowers were delivered, but no photo of the actual flowers was included, just the photo from the website. I had to call the funeral home and ask for THEM to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I still don't know what the flowers even looked like. Just a very unpleasant experience; I would NEVER use this florist again.
