Pricing for the move was good, service was excellent, arrived on time and there experts in the safe industry. I have owned my safe for over 25 years and was very nice looking and in perfect condition. I have used other safe moving companies before, the previous safe moving company significantly scratched the front and sides of the safe, they have denied they caused the problem. If you need a safe or to have a safe moved I highly recommend Baumann Safe Company, they have been in business for over 150 years, use GSA certified technicians, experts in the safe industry and overall an excellent company. Going forward if I must move my safe again I will only use the Baumann Safe Company.

Due to the fires and floods in Ruidoso…read morein June & July it was not delivered to us until August because the delivery truck left it in the Walmart parking lot since the town had been evacuated. The safe sat there, in the rain, for 3 weeks during more flooding until the next moving company that Glory Safes hired could pick it up and store it for them until we could take delivery. The floods continued. Months later we received a bill for $1,500 for storage of the safe. When it finally was delivered the moving company had it in the back of a pickup truck and there was very little protective packaging left. The safe had leaves in it and numerous scars, dents, gashes, scratches and rust plus the door was ajar and hit a young black employee of the movers that Glory Safe hired. The movers couldn't close it. We could hardly believe our eyes so we took pictures and were very nervous of the comedy of errors that were about to happen. Yes, they dropped it three times, first when the dolly completely gave away and ball bearings went everywhere. Next they dropped it flat on the floor damaging our Saltillo tile. Later, the safe fell and pinned another young man against the wall hurting his leg. At this time, we tried to refuse delivery but Liz at Glory Safe's customer service advised us that all would made as good as new and that they would file an insurance claim for the damaged floor which we did receive compensation. However, it has been over a year now and we still cannot close the door without an extra person to help push. The inside nails were all rusted from the rain so the pistol holder and wall just hang and flap and won't hold gun. We have contacted Old Glory numerous times over the past year and they will not call us back or respond.

So no more big crowds waiting in the deli to be helped. They also have wonderful baggers and staff doing curbside delivery. I especially like Daniel. He is always so polite and helpful. He is a bagger and does a great job. He also asks if I need help and if I do he carries out my groceries and gets everything into my car. It is a joy to go when you know that you are shopping in a safe friendly store.

It was nice to browse through their produce section and grab the items I needed. Then I went to the baking section looking for some almond flour, baking soda, cornstarch and other baking products. I also needed to get some sea salt and kosher salt which I found easily. I was really glad they had lots of the milk options I needed and they even had the kodiak waffles I was looking for! I found some of the other items I needed and made my way to the front of the store to check out. I decided not to use the self checkout since I had a few too may items, so I waited in line to check out at a register which took a while since there were a lot of other people there today. When it was my turn, I unloaded things onto the belt and then made my way to the bagging station since there was not anyone there to bag my items so I bagged things myself. Then I was on my way.

My salad weighed in at exactly 1 pound. At $8.99/lb that is pretty competitive to your fast food choices as well. Staff is always helpful and friendly. In addition to the huge market area inside, there is a bubble tea stand, hot food with seating, and some skincare products across the front wall. The market itself is kind of amazing. There was an extensive selection of fresh Asian fruits, vegetables and herbs at great prices. Once we got into the aisles, there was, again, a huge selection - some of our favorite things were all the bottled sodas/coffees, the mochis and all the vinegars/sauces. In the back there is fish area that has live crabs, lobsters and even eels in addition to fresh fish. There is also a halal meat counter. We saw packages of frozen scallops, frozen crab legs and ground lamb that we plan to come back and try. I can't wait to return.
