Even though they increased their prices it's still a good deal EXCEPT the fee they charge when purchasing tickets online. Latest if movies.

Great place to see a movie. Old time movie house like I went to as a kid. Friendly, inexpensive, clean. Water $1. Admission $5.

Such an amazing historical landmark. It's like you are transported back in time when you see a movie here. And the prices cannot be beat!

Let me start off by saying if I could rate any lower I would…read more Regal Cinemas delivered an incredibly frustrating experience that made it hard to enjoy what should have been a simple movie night. Their age policy is confusing and poorly enforced, creating unnecessary arguments and delays. To make matters worse, one employee didn't even wear a name tag, which already felt unprofessional, but then went on to give incorrect information because they couldn't tell the difference between a weekday and a weekend. It's alarming that a single staff member could be so poorly informed about basic policies while being the only point of contact. The lack of training and accountability was obvious. When you combine this with overpriced tickets, expensive concessions, and overall disorganization, Regal ends up feeling careless and poorly run. This experience made it very clear why so many people are choosing other theaters instead. Corben and Nina were the only people who actually made the experience worthwhile. Great employees in an otherwise bad establishment.

One of my fave theaters in GNV to go to. Very clean and the staff is always so nice. Later during the week I also caught another film at this location and everything as good as it usually is. I hope Regal plans to put and IMAX/4DX in the area soon so I don't have to travel to Orlando or Jax for action based films.

I'm a Movie Buff. A Film Fanatic. A Big Picture kinda Babe. So my theater experience is important…read moreto me, especially since I signed up for Regal Unlimited. With Regal Unlimited, I can see as many movies as I'd like throughout the month, at any theater my choosing - how awesome?! Well, since I joined, I've had the pleasure of hitting all 3 local theaters and feel like I missed my calling as a Movie Theater employee and the free perks lol. With 3 options, it's easy to find your favorite and realize which offer what you want. For me, the concession stand is vital, the size and upgrades of the theater (especially within a pandemic!) and most importantly - comfy seating! Well, Royal Park is a cool theater but sadly, not my favorite of the 3 and maybe not #2. The location is great, but being the last theater in the city to be loved on by some upgraded renovations, what could be expected? While the other theaters are brand new or recently renovated, walking into Royal Park reminded me of going back to 1996. The carpets, the games, the decor - very much giving pre-Y2K, but that has nothing to do with the team that's there! Beyond the initial visual impression, my impression of the team was amazing. I was promptly greeted at the concessions counter by friendly faces who were so patient (because I'm incredibly indecisive although I always order the same thing lol) and so friendly! When my arms were full of snacks, a team member jogged up to open the door for me - what customer service, what a gentleman! So no, there are no reclining seats or fancy, freshly-made cocktails at this theater but the movie experience and the 5-star service is still being served up! :)

My boyfriend and I wanted to play in the Arcade but the machines were cash only and there was no way to get cash in the movie theatre. I also really wanted to use the Photo Booth and the card reader didn't work at all which was kind of frustrating. As for the movie itself the chairs aren't that comfy they don't recline or anything. The theatre is clean though and I enjoyed watching the movie

My partner and I enjoyed a matinee of A Quiet Place: Part 2 here. There's not a lot to say about a…read moremovie theater during a pandemic, honestly... limited staff and concession options are to be expected, but everyone was very friendly and the soda was appropriately balanced/mixed (we all know what it's like to get a beverage that has too much or not enough syrup). The auditoriums were comfortable with the recliner seats and the other patrons were quiet and respectful. One thing I will say: Regal recently updated their mask policy to relax it for vaccinated patrons and strongly suggest it for non-vaccinated patrons, I believe. I have no issues wearing masks (especially when watching a movie - it doesn't get much easier than that), but it was nice to be relaxed and remove it once people got settled and the movie began. I do hope that theaters continue soft seat-blocking with reserved seating for awhile so you don't have immediate neighbors unless the theatre fills up. It'll probably help people ease back into life after lockdown.

I had to put tissues in my ears and my friend put her ear against the seat to tone down the loudness. The staff there acted like it was out of their control. We saw Toy Story 5 and although it was a good movie, it was not a great experience with ridiculously loud volumes. I have been to movies all my life and the volume was quite messed up.
