Let me start off by saying if I could rate any lower I would…read more Regal Cinemas delivered an incredibly frustrating experience that made it hard to enjoy what should have been a simple movie night. Their age policy is confusing and poorly enforced, creating unnecessary arguments and delays. To make matters worse, one employee didn't even wear a name tag, which already felt unprofessional, but then went on to give incorrect information because they couldn't tell the difference between a weekday and a weekend. It's alarming that a single staff member could be so poorly informed about basic policies while being the only point of contact. The lack of training and accountability was obvious. When you combine this with overpriced tickets, expensive concessions, and overall disorganization, Regal ends up feeling careless and poorly run. This experience made it very clear why so many people are choosing other theaters instead. Corben and Nina were the only people who actually made the experience worthwhile. Great employees in an otherwise bad establishment.

The auditoriums were comfortable with the recliner seats and the other patrons were quiet and respectful. One thing I will say: Regal recently updated their mask policy to relax it for vaccinated patrons and strongly suggest it for non-vaccinated patrons, I believe. I have no issues wearing masks (especially when watching a movie - it doesn't get much easier than that), but it was nice to be relaxed and remove it once people got settled and the movie began. I do hope that theaters continue soft seat-blocking with reserved seating for awhile so you don't have immediate neighbors unless the theatre fills up. It'll probably help people ease back into life after lockdown.

I had to put tissues in my ears and my friend put her ear against the seat to tone down the loudness. The staff there acted like it was out of their control. We saw Toy Story 5 and although it was a good movie, it was not a great experience with ridiculously loud volumes. I have been to movies all my life and the volume was quite messed up.

We are always greeted warmly, parked strategically, and had the details explained to us upon arrival. Because our motorhome is 40' we have to park sideways so cannot see the movies out of the windshield as you would in a car, but we put out our lawn chairs and raised dog bed outside the rig and listen on our FM radio. We do tie the pups off to a post in front of us because others with dogs often park or walk nearby and ours are a bit too friendly. When the ticket booth opens, we pay for our tickets and concession voucher. The muffulettas and popcorn are both excellent! We were told we could run our generator before/after the movies but not during...worked out perfectly for us! Although our rig is self contained and didn't use them, bathrooms were nearby and open through the night. The even projected a free Valentines message between films as long as it was received a few days prior. Note: if you don't plan to listen from your car, you do need an FM radio...I don't think they have any of the old-fashioned window hanging speakers.

We accidentally lined up incorrectly and got a whole lecture how to read the signs. After paying $6 each and being charged an automatic $10 food voucher, we parked. The ladies working the concession stand are so rude. There's a sign that basically says "don't line up if you don't know what you want." The popcorn had been popped earlier so it wasn't warm and way too salty. The soda was flat, and the mozzarella sticks were again, salty. Apple Pay doesn't work! Movie started at 8pm and it was still daylight outside. The screen was still dark that no one could actually see the movie until an hour later. The instructions were to turn off the lights and engine, but the people around us had their engines on so the exhaust kept flowing through the lot. I wish there was an attendant that enforced the rules. Overall, it's an experience but they need to do better. I guess this is what $22 gets us.

They also have some showings on Thursdays from time to time. Friday the showing is at 8pm, Sat 6pm, and Mon 8pm. A couple years ago the theater had a successful crowd funding effort for a digital projector. The screen in the theater is nice, but the audio is a little muffled. It would be nice if they kickstarted an audio upgrade. Since the theater is a single screen you'll have to make due with a limited selection that tends to be on the family friendly side. They do cycle movies fairly quickly to make up for being a single screen theater. The theater itself is well kept and a pleasure to visit. You can tell that the people running the place care about their business. The concessions are well priced and steeply cheaper than the Regal theaters in this area of Florida. Even if you're not from the area it's worth a visit to experience a well run family operated theater.

Its cash only but super cheap. $5 for a ticket and you can popcorn and a pop for $6 (no refills). Thr quality of the picture is perfectally fine and they dont make it really loud like other places. A good amount of thr chairs are beat up but you have a lot of leg room. The main kicker is the AC isnt great so its pretty warm inside. To start off the movie the owner comes out and gibes you a financial update on the theater and addresses the cell phone issues which has a real small town feel to it. If you are looking to mix up the normal routinr i recommend making the trip for a cheap date night and then swinging by great outdoors for a drink or dinner.

With Regal Unlimited, I can see as many movies as I'd like throughout the month, at any theater my choosing - how awesome?! Well, since I joined, I've had the pleasure of hitting all 3 local theaters and feel like I missed my calling as a Movie Theater employee and the free perks lol. With 3 options, it's easy to find your favorite and realize which offer what you want. For me, the concession stand is vital, the size and upgrades of the theater (especially within a pandemic!) and most importantly - comfy seating! Well, Royal Park is a cool theater but sadly, not my favorite of the 3 and maybe not #2. The location is great, but being the last theater in the city to be loved on by some upgraded renovations, what could be expected? While the other theaters are brand new or recently renovated, walking into Royal Park reminded me of going back to 1996. The carpets, the games, the decor - very much giving pre-Y2K, but that has nothing to do with the team that's there! Beyond the initial visual impression, my impression of the team was amazing. I was promptly greeted at the concessions counter by friendly faces who were so patient (because I'm incredibly indecisive although I always order the same thing lol) and so friendly! When my arms were full of snacks, a team member jogged up to open the door for me - what customer service, what a gentleman! So no, there are no reclining seats or fancy, freshly-made cocktails at this theater but the movie experience and the 5-star service is still being served up! :)

The seats are comfortable- large, reclining, and can also be heated (which is a very nice treat during the record cold temperatures outside). The popcorn is always tasty. I love that they serve coke products and especially coke icees!! Also, it wouldn't be a theater without a large selection of candy to choose from. Of course I think all movie theater candy is overpriced but it's part of the experience. I especially appreciate the ease of purchasing tickets online and having the opportunity to select your seats ahead of time! It certainly alleviates the stress of worrying about being able to seat your party together and gives you the ability to pick the exact seat you want. I highly recommend the Korean fried chicken Nextdoor and then they really healthy place on the other side of that plus the gyros and salad A deputy was recently added because of the spiked Rick kids who live in the area who think they can do what the hell rhey want. The deputy said that parent just come here and drop off their tweens and up and then when they get into mischief, they call and their parents are drunk and they can even come pick them up., There's always a pack of teen boys at the Walmart in the next plaza, running around like idiots in the store and on the sidewalks. It only has three theaters and are typically the most popular movies at the time. We've been a couple times and they are usually big box office movies that we know will be there. The tickets are super cheap, I think we paid $5-$7 max on a ticket and you purchase them at the concession counter that takes up the left side when you walk in and on the other are some arcade games. It's not super new, it feels a little dirty and old, but it's not terrible all things considered. Inside the theaters there are a good amount of seats with pretty stiff seats which thankfully have cupholders. Where my gripe really comes into play is with the cleanliness of the theaters. If you make the mistake of looking up you will see that the ceiling isn't covering all the piping and whatnot up there. And everything has just an incredible film of dust. It's just awful to look at. At any given moment I'm afraid that the vibrations from the sound will just knock a giant blanket of years worth of dust over everyone. How the employees are constantly sneezing or getting sick is beyond me. Other than that, the theater is nothing fancy, but a decent place to watch new movies. I believe it's the only option within maybe 30-45 minutes and I'm sure we will be back again.
