Nice theater. Clean. Good sound. Comfortable seats (but not recliners). Big screens. Great location. Works for me!

Such a classy old school looking theater on the outside... inside is small and could use some proper decor. But everyone was nice

Their age policy is confusing and poorly enforced, creating unnecessary arguments and delays. To make matters worse, one employee didn't even wear a name tag, which already felt unprofessional, but then went on to give incorrect information because they couldn't tell the difference between a weekday and a weekend. It's alarming that a single staff member could be so poorly informed about basic policies while being the only point of contact. The lack of training and accountability was obvious. When you combine this with overpriced tickets, expensive concessions, and overall disorganization, Regal ends up feeling careless and poorly run. This experience made it very clear why so many people are choosing other theaters instead. Corben and Nina were the only people who actually made the experience worthwhile. Great employees in an otherwise bad establishment.

Later during the week I also caught another film at this location and everything as good as it usually is. I hope Regal plans to put and IMAX/4DX in the area soon so I don't have to travel to Orlando or Jax for action based films.

The auditoriums were comfortable with the recliner seats and the other patrons were quiet and respectful. One thing I will say: Regal recently updated their mask policy to relax it for vaccinated patrons and strongly suggest it for non-vaccinated patrons, I believe. I have no issues wearing masks (especially when watching a movie - it doesn't get much easier than that), but it was nice to be relaxed and remove it once people got settled and the movie began. I do hope that theaters continue soft seat-blocking with reserved seating for awhile so you don't have immediate neighbors unless the theatre fills up. It'll probably help people ease back into life after lockdown.

I had to put tissues in my ears and my friend put her ear against the seat to tone down the loudness. The staff there acted like it was out of their control. We saw Toy Story 5 and although it was a good movie, it was not a great experience with ridiculously loud volumes. I have been to movies all my life and the volume was quite messed up.

We are always greeted warmly, parked strategically, and had the details explained to us upon arrival. Because our motorhome is 40' we have to park sideways so cannot see the movies out of the windshield as you would in a car, but we put out our lawn chairs and raised dog bed outside the rig and listen on our FM radio. We do tie the pups off to a post in front of us because others with dogs often park or walk nearby and ours are a bit too friendly. When the ticket booth opens, we pay for our tickets and concession voucher. The muffulettas and popcorn are both excellent! We were told we could run our generator before/after the movies but not during...worked out perfectly for us! Although our rig is self contained and didn't use them, bathrooms were nearby and open through the night. The even projected a free Valentines message between films as long as it was received a few days prior. Note: if you don't plan to listen from your car, you do need an FM radio...I don't think they have any of the old-fashioned window hanging speakers.

We accidentally lined up incorrectly and got a whole lecture how to read the signs. After paying $6 each and being charged an automatic $10 food voucher, we parked. The ladies working the concession stand are so rude. There's a sign that basically says "don't line up if you don't know what you want." The popcorn had been popped earlier so it wasn't warm and way too salty. The soda was flat, and the mozzarella sticks were again, salty. Apple Pay doesn't work! Movie started at 8pm and it was still daylight outside. The screen was still dark that no one could actually see the movie until an hour later. The instructions were to turn off the lights and engine, but the people around us had their engines on so the exhaust kept flowing through the lot. I wish there was an attendant that enforced the rules. Overall, it's an experience but they need to do better. I guess this is what $22 gets us.

The seats are comfortable- large, reclining, and can also be heated (which is a very nice treat during the record cold temperatures outside). The popcorn is always tasty. You can add as much or as little butter as you prefer. There are a variety of other food options as well such as pizza and chicken tenders. You can even indulge with a milkshake or a cocktail! I love that they serve coke products and especially coke icees!! Also, it wouldn't be a theater without a large selection of candy to choose from. Of course I think all movie theater candy is overpriced but it's part of the experience. I especially appreciate the ease of purchasing tickets online and having the opportunity to select your seats ahead of time! It certainly alleviates the stress of worrying about being able to seat your party together and gives you the ability to pick the exact seat you want. Overall, always a great experience at Cinemark Durbin!

They do a good job keeping everything else clean but the WOMENS BATHROOM NEAR THE EXIT. The young adults and teenagers who work here do a really great job. They're polite and sweet and kind.. I highly recommend the Korean fried chicken Nextdoor and then they really healthy place on the other side of that plus the gyros and salad A deputy was recently added because of the spiked Rick kids who live in the area who think they can do what the hell rhey want. Can you imagine a deputy sheriff has to be here in a very wealthy area? Because of rich kids? The deputy said that parent just come here and drop off their tweens and up and then when they get into mischief, they call and their parents are drunk and they can even come pick them up., There's always a pack of teen boys at the Walmart in the next plaza, running around like idiots in the store and on the sidewalks. They're loud and obnoxious and think this whole plaza is their playground and yeah, they're probably about 16.. There's no cops at the Cinemark in Orange Park. I'm sure..
