After I received the food the order was missing things and other parts were just wrong. This was my go to carry out spot. Earlier today My sister &I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a shrimp cheese steak..she got an Italian cold cut. When our food arrived the fries were cold and soggy. The shrimp that they used were the little can shrimp and they were dehydrated looking. My sis lunch meat on her sandwich was ROTTEN!! you could smell that it was spoiled. When she called to complain the lady that answered the phone stated" you're like the 3rd person who said that" SO WHY TF WOULDN'T THE OWNER REPLACE THE MEAT!!!!! I order here all the time. Their food is great but delivery wait time is horrible. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a kids nugget meal. Waited over an hour for my food. When my food finally came my 1 year old daughter only received 4 nuggets (the menu says 6) fries were cold and rock hard. I called and they offered to replace the meal but i had to send back the food we had already gotten and I agreed. I ate my first and saved the second one for lunch (I had to work that night). Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Placed a phone order and the woman that I spoke was incredibly rude. She took my order and then simply hung up on me. When I called back for her name she identified herself as Brianna. When I asked to speak to the person in charge, naturally I was told that no one was available. She was argumentative and claimed to have done nothing wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The delivery was fast but I spent 10 minutes trying to get the guy on the phone to understand my address. I ordered a tuna sub. There was barely any tuna on it and the bread was soggy. The food is pretty good MOST of the time. I rated a 3 stars because I checked my bank account since I paid with my card and noticed that Prima charged me $3.25 extra. Come to find out the driver wrote down a $3.25 tip for himself once he left my place. The manager was nice and reimbursed it back to my account. It's a shame people would do that. The worst service I've ever experienced! I ordered food from a very criptic female who only answered the phone with questions beginning with (in such a disinterested tone) " your address?" Then "your order", "anything else?", "cash or charge?" At this point I asked if this was going to be delivered since I hadn't asked nor did she. She said we will deliver, I asked how long verses my picking it up. She say it won't be long. One hour later I'm calling and asking where's my food. I'm told it will be there in 3-5 minutes. 15 minutes later I call and I'm told I have received my order. Wtf?! I'm calling because I don't have my order. Very inconsistent. One day its great, the next pretty poor. If they could get it right every time it would be a decent spot. Pretty good prices for the cheese steak fries and soda deal, and wings are ok too. I would recommend ordering either when you are close by, or in the store. If u pick it up it is sometimes cold, along with delivery. Not a fast delivery usually either. All in all nothing jumps out at me to make it a go to spot, and if I have to pick it up I'm gonna stop at pizza johns down the street every time I have to go in that area. read more

Foods good and relatively cheap. Service can be a bit slow at times but that's not always a bad thing.

Crab cake platter for 15 dollars comes out of a frozen box of patties and it's not even a crab cake it's imperial fake crab with oinions and other vegetables and they take forever to deliver their food. They tell you 20 min and it's takes an hour or more for them to deliver and it's a 2 min drive to the restaurant and the managers that work there don't want cooperate with their customers when there is something wrong with the food never going there again ill drive an hour for better food and nicer customer service read more

I will never eat here again. I order the crab cake platter and it was $15 i got 3 "crab cakes" they have peppers in them and had no crab meat at all in it and it was horrible.
