OMG I've had this pizza 1 time and i have been craving it since then, i'm in the area today and will be stopping by on my way home to grab a pizza. Im already looking at the menu to see exactly what i want thats just how good it was the last time. The pizza is made to order but i didn't have to wait that long about 10 minutes are so. I called in 15 minutes before hand to just get one order of cinnamon sticks at this marcos pizza, i used to work here and i was familiar how quick they are with their food and getting it out the door, i arrive to the marcos 20 minutes after i had called and was still waiting in my cinnamon squares, they had more than enough employees and only had one order their screen and one order coming out the oven, the lady that had helped me was kind but did not know anything about how to handle the food coming out of the oven, she tried to get my cinnamon squared to me as quick as possible and i received them with no cinnamon, i kindly sent them back and asked for cinnamon with them and she takes it back and gives me 3 shakes of cinnamon, whenever you're handling cinnamon squared it's supposed to be butter and then cinnamon so there for it sticks, she hands it back to me and barely any cinnamon and no butter on it, once again i asked her to add butter on and she gives me butter on top of the cinnamon this is not the way you make cinnasquares and i am highly disappointed in my time there this evening! This was my first time visiting Marco's Pizza. I love a good slice of pizza and I am very selective on where I order pizza from. This place is known for its pizza but I wanted to play it safe my first time and order wings. I ordered the 6 piece buffalo wings and they were good. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. They were very busy with people dining in, ordering carry out and delivery. I will definitely visit again and try the pizza! read more

Dude, my boyfriend is IN LOVE with the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza. He has not stopped gushing about how it's the best pizza he's had in a long time. It has two different pepperonis on it, including those Old World kind that cup up and hold onto the grease when you bake them. Apparently people love those. And then it's glazed with garlic sauce and sprinkled with sawdust cheese (aka fake parmesan) - which is basically how he eats his Totino's at home. He also got a cheesesteak - freaking PLAIN, cuz he's a maniac. He said it was "eminently passable" but that, as someone who has gone to Philly, and eaten a lot of cheesesteaks around town, it wasn't anything special. I told him it's called Marco's PIZZA, not Marco's pizza and subs. There's a reason for that. Anyway... personally, I don't like pepperoni pizza EVER so I got the Hawaiian Chicken (Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, our original sauce and signature three cheeses). It was good. I added crushed red peppers, but those were favorless. I feel like the addition of a banana or jalapeno pepper would have REALLY set this off. Good crust. My mom had a slice of my pizza and a Garden Salad (Fresh-cut lettuce blend, cheddar cheese, black olives, onions, green peppers, sliced tomatoes and croutons) with Marzetti's Italian dressing. A really decent salad. The service was sensational. The people behind the counter were great at describing the pizzas, making sure they were topped EXACTLY how we wanted them. They were kind and polite, and seemed to not mind being at work (which is a rare thing). "The Jefferson's" was on the big screen, to keep us entertained. The table at the booth moved, which made it surprisingly wheelchair accessible (There are tables at the front window, but they were taken when we arrived). The restaurant is clean. Plenty of parking. Today was my first time ordering from here. Food was soo good that I forgot to take pictures. I order a large cheese pizza, cheese bread sticks, and a family size garden salad. Me and my family enjoyed every bite. Customer service was great! I love how they greeted every customer that came through the door. Everyone working there said " Welcome to Marco's!" All together. The people working behind the counter even greeted the delivery drivers as they came back from making deliveries. It was a caring environment. Soo much more great things that I could say about my first time experience at Marco's Pizza but I'll leave this review short and sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I happened to be in this shopping center, was looking for lunch and noticed the discreet pizza place. What I first noticed was that the place was very clean. In fact an employee was cleaning and sanitizing everything as I walked in. Secondly, multiple staff members immediately greeted me upon entering. I placed my order and the guy taking it was very thorough. He repeated back my exact order to me and offered other specials I may be interested to compliment the order. Very friendly. I ordered the boneless chicken wings (they call them chicken dippers) and they were good. Not as good as Baltimore Best Wings down the street, but good for a pizza place. They had a peppery coating that was unique and flavorful. Overall, a comfortable, great experience. I'd stop again if in the area. Next time, I'll try the pizza. read more

A lower score would be applicable if possible. This place has the poorest customer service and I can't imagine why? We were hungry on Sat afternoon and decided to give this place a try, the door had signs forbidding anyone to bring in their own drinks or drink containers, ok, they want to sell you theirs, we get it. We order their bowl for 2 and that went well, I ask for a cup for a small water and he says $2.09 please, and I say for what, a cup of air. All I want is a small water cup. My husband orders a 20 oz diet pepsi, they young man at the register brings out a regular Pepsi, send it back and he brings out a Pepsi zero, there is no diet Pepsi in a bottle, ok. Then I ask again for a cup to put ice in and pour the Pepsi over, he wants $2.09 for that, for a drink we already bought. There was no logic or reason to charge us for a cup, we bought a beverage. The food was fresh and hot, got to give them that, was wondering if there is an up-charge to bring it out to us. Never again will we support this local rip-off establishment. Nice place, good food, friendly staff. I've tried the pizza and a steak sub, my son has had the pizza, pizza bowl, italiono sub, and pizza. All were delicious. New pizza franchise? Heck yeah. Excited to try a place that advertises authentic Italian pizza from fresh dough made daily, I headed over. I expected to try some really good pizza, but I was blown away at the value. Marco's has some really, really good pizza. Arriving I was greeted by a smiling face welcoming me. She suggested some items as I was quickly overwhelmed from the variety of tasty looking options. A extra large 1 topping for $9.99 was a steal. 15 minutes later it was out the oven and a employee opened the box like a lost treasure chest full of gold coins to confirm my satisfaction. When I got home I was in awe as I munched on a crust with a crispy outside and soft inside. I was enjoying the fresh tasting sauce and delicious mozzarella with fresh tasty toppings. Marco's is simply 1 word. Delicious. While I seen a few eat in customers eat subs while I waited, I regretted not ordering one as it looked mouth watering. Once I get to taste one of them on my next visit, I think Marco's will climb to the top with a 5 star review. We used Marco's pizza for a party we had at a nearby facility. When I called to place the order, I asked for help figuring out how many pizzas to order. The manager took the time to go over my options with me and even offered to cut the slices smaller since it was mostly kids at the party. Wanted to try a new pizza place, we were a tad disappointed with Marco's, although the staff were super hospitable, the restaurant looked very clean and new on the inside, their food really just did not deliver. Marco's is not necessarily bad, the pizza and chicken dippers were unfortunately just average. The chicken dippers were kinda just a frozen chicken nugget type that you would have received in a school cafeteria, and the pizza would fit the cafeteria style description as well. Order food on 12/3/2018 Driver took 1 hr and 15 minutes to deliver the order. Waited on my porch when i seen the driver go by my house for 10 minutes trying to flag the car down. The driver proceeded to turn around in the driveway next to my house and continued to drive back to store with my order. When i called the store to see what was going on they informed me that the tried to call my phone and no one answered i had the phone in my hand the entire time and it didn't ring that was a lie. Then the manager told me that she would make the food again and that it would take another 1 hour to deliver it. We usually go to Marcos every once or twice a month. Great quality and great customer service! I really love this place even as a chain restaurant! We usually get the 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 each and we get one pepperoni, one half sausage half cheese, and since we can't dine in we have to take it home back to Rosedale, and there still PIPING HOT!!!! read more

This place was referred to me by a co-worker. This place is outstanding. As soon as the door opened everyone greeted me. I came to the counter and the gentleman offered me a deal for a small pizza and drink. I had the choice of adding flavor to the crust and such. The location is clean and offer coloring for the kids as well. The food was taken to my table and was not bad at all. All fresh ingredients and pipping hot.
