I had a Terrible experience at this pizza Boli's , the pizza was cold I spent 45 dollars for two large pizzas and it was cold when it got to me , there were barely any vegetables on the pizza even tho it was a specialty and I asked for the garlic sauce that comes with pizza for free and they charged me 2 dollars for it , I will never order pizza from this establishment again and I will make sure I spread the word also to not order here. read more

It's August 14th 2021 11:14 p.m. I'm a doordasher I just left and I walk in there and they are handling the pizza with no gloves on . taking the cheese out and spreading it with their bare hands what is going on here I am never ever eating it ever again beware anybody that eats here they are doing everything with their Bare hands. Mind you I'm in there picking up an order for a customer I'm so mesmerized the man had to call me twice to give me my order. I am a doordash driver and I called to head to see if my order is ready because they are famous for making you wait extra 30 minutes for order even if you called ahead for a regular person so I call ahead and I'm told I'm busy taking regular orders can you just come in and see if it's ready the purpose of me calling is to avoid walking in there and knowing I might have to stand there for another 30 minutes because y'all take forever to make any damn food. This location is a little hard to find. Kind of tucked in the side of a gas station with bad signage. However, if you aren't a carry out person, this won't effect you. Delivery is always fast. I've had multiple menu items and can only remember being disappointed once. Fries are the battered crispy kind. I once had some that were well overdone. Subs are well put together and flavorful. Bread is chewy and fresh. Pizza is also a very tasty choice. They have boli bites (boneless wings) and they are delish. read more

Although Pizza Boli's is widely known as a top notch pizza spot; I've hostorically order subs and wings from them in the past. on December 31, 2017, today while watching the game, I chose to order a special featuring 2 subs and wings for my son and I. Upon receiving my sub, I noticed how light in weight the subs were which stood in contrast to their subs in the past. After opening the sub, I noticed the sub had more lettuce than meat. If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad. With the exception of the lettuce, it appeared that the condiments I asked for were non-existent... I asked for extra onions, and received no onions. The wings were tasteless. Nevertheless this evening will be my final time ordering from this establishment. read more

If I could give this pizza bolis zero stars I would. I ordered the two sub combo that came with fries and sodas. I also ordered a small pizza for my daughter. When the deliver guy got here he didn't have the small pizza he said he would be back in 5 mins with the pizza. I waited 3 mins to call the store and ask if he was bringing the pizza right back or if he was making other deliveries first. They said they were would make me pizza and he would come get it. I made the entire order online so I don't know how they could forget an item. I told them that my food was getting cold and I wouldn't eat the subs of my child wasn't eating. I asked if they could give some a side for costumer service reasons. They said a soda or a bag of chips. A bag of chips ? Are you kidding they forgot a whole food item. I told them no to the soda because I already have the two I ordered. After asking for breadsticks and being told no the manager on duty because disrespectful and cursed at my husband. We told them go head and cancel the order for the pizza. When he called back asking for the managers name he proceeded to give a fake name. Never had worse customer service in my life ! We cancelled the entire order and had the driver come get the sub combo. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt by ordering with them even when I saw a review from only 3 months ago stating they too had food that was forgotten. Never again. That manager should be fired for lack of customer service skills and the staff should be taught how to write down and execute an order. - ONE DISSATISFIED COSTUMER. read more

I called back, figured out it was my fault, but the rude younger kid who answered the phone REFUSED to help me/get another pizza. That I would have happily paid for. Food is just okay. Delivery is mostly fast. Order has been messed up last two times I've ordered. Twice they forgot drinks, and messed up a very simple sub with the wrong toppings. They have decent pizza but their customer service is THE WORST. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If they mess up they'll blame you! I've worked in restaurants and customer service my whole life. I know how to treat people. On 5/16 at around 1020pm I called because I was VERY upset. The manager Abdullah took our order and we made sure to tell him to have the driver call when he got here because we have a loud dog who becomes very protective when someone comes to the door. We don't want him disturbing the neighbors. The driver did not call. I'm not sure if it's the managers or the drivers fault but someone is to blame because we made it CRYSTAL CLEAR, to call and STRESSED the reason why. So I call back to complain cause I am honestly furious. I could have sounded nicer on the phone sure, but people in the service industry need to be able to handle RIGHTFULLY angry people. I told the girl who answered why I was upset and she tried to blame it on ME! She said "so you're mad because your dog barked?" NO IM NOT MAD OVER THAT YOU DIMWIT IM MAD BECAUSE WE TOLD YALL TO CALL AND YOU DIDNT! Calling when you get there is a normal request, I delivered for years. So after she blames me of course I get upset! She didn't offer an apology or for me to talk to a manager she just blamed me and acted like a stuck up "person" who should NEVER work in customer service. Right when she heard that the driver or order taker messed up she should have apologized, not question me!!!!! I'm actually disgusted, sickened by the "customer service" from that girl! I don't know her name because she refused to give it to me and refused to let me speak to her manager! Who does she think she is?! That is NOT how to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER! No one offered an apology or to make it right. I am sickened by this place. We will never order from here ever again. I truly hope she is disciplined or more because someone like that should NEVER work in customer service. EVER. Like I absolutely get that the reason I am upset seems trivial but when you stress it to the person taking the order and then get questioned by a worthless, horrific employee and are blamed for a mistake their company made, it'll upset you. Old bay wings were up to par. Got a medium cheese with it which was solid. Delivery could have been faster but the delivery guy went mudding apparently on the way to my place. Have never gotten stuck driving into my driveway with front wheel drive. This guy must had neutral bombed his car to spin wheels in the mud lol. read more
