We would give 10 stars but the limit is 5. Primal Forge far exceeded our expectations. Starting with our first phone call we knew we were dealing with a professional who cared about the customer. The owner came to our home to assess our needs for a railing. We should say that we installed an iron railing by another company years ago on another set of outside stairs. We assumed that was how these jobs look when completed. Primal Forge spent all the time we needed to listen to our needs. Jay wanted to be sure he answered all of our questions while he was here. Of course we had additional questions which we emailed. He responded at late hours to ensure our questions were answered in a timely manner. He also suggested alternative ways to anchor the railing into our stairs. We took his suggestions, and we are glad we did! The end result is far superior to our first job with the other company. Their product works fine, but Primal Forge's design is more elegant, this workmanship is far superior, and the mounting and anchoring into the concrete aggregate stairs is much more attractive than the other company. It's far more than we expected. HIs measurements are precise the first time around. His concern for the customer is something you don't see today; he's very old-school in that regard. He really wants to be sure his product satisfies the customer fully. And he wants the customer to be fully satisfied with the product, installation, and longevity.
