For any customers under 18, an original birth certificate is required and one of the birth parents (with identification) must also be present. I heard very good things about this spot, so I was excited to come here. A bit background, my tragus earrings fell out about 3 days prior to this visit. I lost one, so I decided to get a new set and wanted someone out the jewelry back in for me, as it is difficult for me to get the backing for these piercings, Anyway, I stopped in, was greeted, and informed to fill out a form on my phone. After filling it out, I was taken to the glass case where the earrings were and the ones I wanted only have one left, so I picked out a different pair (they sell the earrings individually). I was told to wait for the piercer to help me. After a short wait, someone came out for me and we went to the back. I got settled on the piercing / tattoo bed and was walked through the process. My piercer was nice and since we were just putting new ones in, it was a quick process. I went back to the front to get rung up for the jewelry and service (they do charge $10 for each piercing change). The reason why I gave them a 2 is because one of my tragus swelled up very badly. Not sure why it would had swelled up like that, as I did not get pierced, so I am not sure if they did not clean the jewelry properly or practice correct hand hygiene. I had to carefully clean it, as it was so inflamed and hurt so badly for days. Overall, it would had been a 1, but the experience up to afterwards was pleasant.

They took the time to walk me through what was happening and also recommended that if the swelling and fluid filled bump behind my ear didn't settle down, to go get it drained (which I did and it's been great since). I wish I had gotten my piercing done here originally. Their pricing is reasonable and knowledge far deeper than other places I'm aware of. Unfortunately, my daughter's nose stud fell out twice, and I developed a piercing bump. While neither situation was ideal, I understand these things can happen. When the bump appeared, the piercer recommended a NoPull disc to help it heal and asked me to return in two weeks to have it removed. I followed the aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, the NoPull disc didn't work for me. In fact, it seemed to make the bump worse, which surprised both me and the piercer. We had expected to see some improvement after two weeks, but there wasn't any. Two weeks after having the NoPull disc removed, my daughter and I returned because her piercing had fallen out again. While we were there, I also asked if someone could take another look at my piercing and see whether changing the jewelry might help. That's when Tee stepped in, and she was absolutely amazing. She carefully assessed the piercing and recommended switching to a longer bar so it wouldn't sit directly against the bump. As soon as she changed it, I could immediately feel the difference. The piercing was much more comfortable, and it finally felt like it had the room it needed to heal. I truly appreciated Tee's exceptional customer service and expertise. Despite the few bumps along the way, everyone has been professional, kind, and genuinely committed to helping us. I can't recommend this place enough. Their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer care have made every visit a positive experience.
