There is a fitting room located right in the middle of the store. Not hard to find. Love how they now have a section for children's clothes. You will also see a section for men's clothes. Yet, it's such a big section it looks like there's three stores in one. This time around I stumbled upon the fact they now collect used clothes. Love that they're finding ways to recycle clothes. One employee tells me she's going to call for assistance in the fitting room. She calls on the intercom and within minutes another employee states on the intercom that the fitting room was closed. I ask if that meant I would get my money back and was informed that I would not get my money back but could get something else. So I wouldn't be able to return just exchange or store credit. I understand the store closes at 9:00pm; yet, providing customers full access to the store until that time is an idle perspective. Another recommendation is to not over pack clothes. I spend more time trying to pull the clothes off of racks because they are too bunched up. I ended up leaving all my chosen outfits. Not sure if I would bother to go again.
