This should be mentioned online. This is very misleading. In typical Charming Charlie fashion, the store is organized according to color. I usually shop only at the outlets, but my friend and I popped in as there was a 40% sale. The sale price was still pricier compared to at the outlets. I found a belt I liked but it was $45. I went to the cash register to ask for a price check. The sales associate confirmed that it would be $27 with the 40% off which I thought was still expensive. I was on the fence if I wanted to pay that much so I asked if the price ever dropped below 40% and she said no. She was very friendly and helped me look online to see if there were any similar belts that were cheaper. She didn't find any, but offered to give me an additional 10%. Although the merchandise is pricier than I typically pay, I'll come back to shop when they have a sale and based on the exceptional service I received today.
