Believe it's the first location in New York. It's located on the second level within the Staten Island mall. Opened on 03.16.17. Inexpensive. Quality of item varies but overall surpasses the cost of item compared With similar stores like Forever 21. Friendly helpful staff. Not a chaotic mess with clothing crammed on bursting racks like similar stores (Forever 21) but this might be due to the fact that it recently opened! Free wifi, customer sitting area with free charging station, restroom within the store. read more

I was so excited to go here since I've heard nothing but good things about. Can I just say how cheap it is?!? It's insane! I personally would never buy jeans here. They are literally paper thin. I on the other hand would buy the rest of the items! I feel that the sizes run a bit shorter and smaller than American standard sizes. When my daughter outgrew the Children's Place I was thrilled to find Primark...I wouldn't have to break the bank on school clothes :) so I bought tons of tops and bottoms at a great price, however, the tops shrunk after two washes. The leggings and jeggings held up ok because they stretch but I had to throw the tops in the good will and head to Kohls and Old Navy..so I ended up spending double. Live and learn. So I've been here several times and I love it!!!! I'm from Brooklyn and I constantly go with my husband for clothing for my whole family. The jackets are big and very stylish for the price and I honestly love to go specifically for my toddlers clothing. You find boots for $7 (very cute Ugg like boots I've had them for a a couple weeks and they are very adorable still, especially since my daughter somehow destroys all shoes within days) they have everything from bags, to shoes, to pajama sets ($6-$10) and lingerie/underwear ($1-$10) and even house items (which I got some stuff, very nice rose gold set). I definitely recommend and the reason I feel I loved the store even more is because things are neat. You don't see everything all over the place and it's easy to shop in. The lines move fast. People are nice and you can't beat the price especially anywhere else. read more

I travel to Europe every other year with a group of folks, when I was in Austria in 2017 a friend from Cleveland was telling me all about Primark, sadly I didn't have enough time to accompany her on her shopping spree, she told me every time she would visit family in England she'd stop at Primark to stock up on undies, so I was curious on a trip to Ireland I had the opportunity to visit the Dublin store and I loved it, I love the Disney and Harry Potter merchandise that is so much more affordable than Amazon or Disney website, I purchased a few things and bought them home, one needs to check the sizes that's for sure, and I wish they'd carry Plus Sizes although I do find some of the cuts to be pretty generous, then to my delight I discovered a Primark in my state with more coming, the one I went to is an hour away but I made it into a fun roadtrip, later this summer a huge one will be opening and I know I will be there often as it's only 20 minutes from home...Primark has nice items, from baby to home, no complaints and the items I've purchased are still holding up nicely. read more

As A working mom of four children, this store is a God send! Not many, if any, clothing stores on Staten Island have clothing that is attractive and stylish but the prices are amazing! And you can also find housewares and clothing for men in here as well. I'm so glad Primark came here! this borough leaves much to be desired when looking for affordable, stylish clothing. I go to Staten Island Mall frequently. Mind you I'm coming from Brooklyn, NY. But I noticed that the store was coming to the mall. I never heard of Primark before so I didnt think much of it. But......when it finally opened and I went in and I was dumb founded; their is so much selections for the entire family plus for the home. I found adorable sandals, shoes, sneakers, handbags, the list goes on and on. I get so much compliments from what I have purchased and I'm glad Primark is in Staten Island because I doubt I will find someone walking around with what I'm wearing. Lol. read more

I'm from Chile and I went to NY for 2 weeks. It was my almost last day and I still couldn't bought some presents for my friends and family. So, i heard about this store thank to a friend who went to a trip in Europe, and I thought it could be a good idea to go. It wasn't easy to arrive to the mall by the way (hey, I was going from Brooklyn, but if you're in Staten Island it's not a problem to arrive at all). And let me tell you, I made the best decision! I bought A LOT, but really A LOT of stuff. I found presents for 3 friends, 4 members of my family (all ages) and the best: for me! I went out of this store with two large bags and I only spent $130 (in other store that price would be easy $400 or more). The best part is that everyone loved their presents and I still can't believe how cheap it was. read more

I would have given it to stars if possible. The manager at store 109 in Staten island Chris was absolutely no help with my return. Had no idea about his own policy. And wouldn't process an even exchange. Horrible experience. Sad but I will never be spending money at that location again. read more

I had resisted going in here when the store first opened because I had heard the merchandise was cheap junk; however, I have since changed my opinion. It's true that Primark doesn't sell clothes that you will keep for years but the quality is actually quite good for the ridiculously low prices they charge. I have several long-sleeved T-shirts which come out of the laundry in perfect condition. They haven't faded or stretched out or torn and the seams are well made. No complaints there. Also true is that the majority of their merchandise is Made in China which I refuse to buy but if you poke around long enough you will find items made elsewhere. Major problem here is the sizing of their clothing: everything has very confusing tags with sizing from 5 different places in the world! It is too easy to get the wrong one and now they no longer accept returns without a receipt even if all the tags are still attached. But if you are careful to be sure you get the USA size you need, the fit will be good. Best items for the price: men's solid color or logo T-shirts for $3.50 or $4. read more

I am not one to write reviews but after my recent visit I just had too. Primark has been my favorite store since they opened. They have EVERYTHING. Not only do they have a great sections of things from men, women, children, and home ware they have amazing employees one in particular Gabriella she is a cashier and she is down right amazing. Since I have been shopping there since the beginning I am positive she had worked there just as long. Due to the high traffic of the store there is always a long line but its moves very fast and once you get to Gabriella she has the biggest smile and it so friendly after waiting in a line its refreshing to have a cashier who is just so pleasant. My last visit I wasn't in the best mood and I had pick up a ton of things and Gabriella was still so sweet and patient with me. She said to me "Since you have a lot of items would you like a reusable shopping bag" I normally don't get those things but she had been so helpful so I got one and I assume she has to sell a certain amount because a manager walk behind her and told her to make sure she sold the bags. Overall Primark is a MUST to shop in I promise you won't regret it and hopefully you get Gabriella as a cashier. read more
