After I visited the office in person to drop off a form then following up THREE times with calls over the course of a few weeks, she left a voicemail obviously completely missing the info I had given to the office. I tried to call back literally 2 mins later to try to resolve the issue and she refused to take my call on a Friday at 3:48pm because she was leaving the office for the weekend.
