Less than a day later, he went to the hospital, where he was immediately admitted. It took two seconds of blood work to see something was terribly wrong. Even if urgent care doesn't do labs on site, they should have sent him for blood work immediately. Instead, they dismissed him. My son-in-law is now fighting for his life. I have reached out to this urgent care many times--not only for an acknowledgment, but to stress that their providers need better education on symptoms that should never be brushed off. I have received no response. That lack of empathy is unacceptable. Thankfully, we trusted our instincts and went to another facility. But what about the patients who don't? Who believe the words "nothing is wrong" and go home, only to get worse? That thought is terrifying. The public deserves to know how dangerous it can be when symptoms are dismissed. If your gut tells you something is wrong, please fight for answers. It can save a life.

On the Monday I went in it was packed and the service was extremely slow. I sat in the building for an hour. It was only about 4 people in waiting. After the hours I couldn't continue to stay so I left and came back. On the Tuesday afternoon no one was waiting to be seen. It took them about 35 minutes to call me back. The collector was cool and the woman at the counter wasn't too reassuring when it came to the estimate wait time. However, once I was called the process was super quick. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless it's mid day or you're okay with super long wait times

She is the administrator at the front desk. The ultrasound technician Ivan was very friendly and comforting. He did a great job and told me about all the other types of tests and scans that are available at their location. Friendly supportive staff easy to get in and out. Thank you Mona and Ivan.
