And don't think that the property manager cares about any of these inconveniences affecting your clients and your money because she doesn't. Terri Is literally the worst property manager I've had. Tenants are supposed to have 24 hour access, there has been four occasions where I've been locked out of the salon suites, after my clients have driven all the Way from another city, to Houston Texas to be serviced. Just for them to have to be turned around because I couldn't get inside of the suites. When I contact Terri about this matter, there are no combinations being made for the money lost. Not only that the AC has been having troubles the past two months. and instead of taking accountability, she blames our LED lights and our clothes as to why we're hot. no common sense would say since we've been here for the past few years and never complained about this that it's obviously something on her part not the stylus who are doing the same exact thing that they've been doing since move-in. When I asked for a solution, she chooses to ignore my messages. At this point I'm ready to move on and take my business elsewhere. I never have a problem with paying for my suite, so I shouldn't have any problems being accommodated when multiple inconveniences a car that affect my money. If you're a stylist or a service provider, and you care about working in a professional environment and also not having your business be affected by a property manager that doesn't even care, I would go far away from this place. We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: "we're checking on it" or "we're escalating it." Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities themselves are disappointing. The offices are very small and not well maintained. Common areas are underwhelming, and overall the space does not reflect the level of professionalism you'd expect for the price. This location could be good, the location is convenient but there are simply too many issues to overlook, from poor communication and unresponsive staff to subpar facilities. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.

On at least one occasion, the center manager hung up on me and refused to take my calls. Her manager later apologized and told me that the staff member was counseled and that they would be using the incident as a "teachable moment" for training toward better customer service. Also, they have a pattern of being inattentive to client communications. It took 4+ emails over several weeks to get them to respond to an ongoing issue. The regional manager only responded after I contacted the manager of another center. When they did respond, they handed me off to the same office manager who merely parroted the same scripted response as before and which was basically to say too bad there is nothing we can do to help you. They will attempt to lock you into a long term agreement that automatically renews with long advance notice periods. Buyer beware.

Now, I'm no expert at painting, but I appreciated how difficult it was to get the colors, shadows, lighting, textures, and movement right. I enjoyed mixing colors and trying my best to paint the right strokes. Our instructor, Juan, made painting approachable and fun. He brought humor to our class as well. There were other staff helping to make sure people didn't run out of paint colors, especially yellow and white for this painting. This was still a timed class so we didn't have a ton of time to learn exactly how to paint certain parts right. Overall, everyone's paintings came out great, with each person bringing their own take on the prototype painting. Like other painting classes, you can bring drinks and snacks. But, I didn't eat anything because I was so focused on the painting. I would recommend eating prior to the event. As a group activity, this is great as a team bonding and relaxation experience. I would definitely come again with friends or family.
