I haven't been to a place like this since I was a small child. It found the experience to be super relaxing. There's a fee that covers your use the studio, paint and supplies, and glazing/firing ($12). The ceramics are then an additional cost and the prices range depending on I assume size and complexity. Cheapest I saw was $18 and most expensive I came across was $69. I decided to go with this cute highland cow. You fill out a form which is used to help identify your ceramic once it's ready for pickup. I believe you can select from 5 or sick paint samples which was more than enough. I ended up using my partners when I wanted some variation. We probably took a little over an hour before we felt satisfied with our design work. I'll be sure to update this review once I see the final product. read more

Fun but very pricy!!! we painted two very small items and it cost $73.00. Parking was also a problem.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of space for groups. There are lots of items to choose for painting. I like that you can paint as long as you need to complete your project. There is shared areas. And you are allowed to bring in a beverage. I will definitely be back. read more

I absolutely loved my experience here!! This place is under new management! Brandi, the owner, took care of us and she was so sweet, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable! I showed her some inspo pics and she helped me find the right size of plate. I chose my color palette & was brought everything I needed right away. She suggested the use of tape, the letter screening (for the happy birthday), and the needle point paint tube for fine lettering, she even suggested I use my sons foot because it may be easier to stamp...she was definitely right!! This was such a therapeutic experience, and I learned some cool new skills as well with the painting techniques! My son was apart of this special experience and we created a beautiful art piece that we will use forever! The turn around time was quick, about 6 days! It came out really beautiful. This was my first time painting my own ceramic and it was very much enjoyable. Brandi was extremely sweet, helpful and attentive. She gave great tips and advice on proper color choices and even helped me place my son's handprint on our piece which would have been hard to do on my own. Honestly do not bother wasting your time AND money here. It has been SEVERAL W E E K S with no word from staff as to when the pieces will be done. I've called every week since they were supposed to be done the same week we went (we went on monday) and it is ALWAYS a run around. With the employees not knowing when they'll be ready to the typical answer "just give it 3/5 days". At this point NONE of the art work is done and who knows if it ever will be. read more

This place stole $56 from us! My husband and I went to this place to do a birthday plate for our daughters first birthday and planned on using it for all her years, which we could have done it at home but wanted it professionally done so it was safe for her to eat off of. This was our first experience. The employee working that day handed us the color palette, told us to pick our ceramic piece, then told us to choose colors for our piece. I asked her for a pencil so I could make sure it was perfect for our daughter, then asked for a sharpie to trace. She handed us the sharpie then we proceeded to paint. We asked for another sharpie and she handed it to us. I was there working on the plate for almost 2 hours. After painting the plate, we asked her, "so can we re-apply the outline" (she knew it was with sharpie) and she said yes but wait for the paint to dry. NEVER did she say or mention that the sharpie would disappear in the oven. This employee watched us work on the plate the whole time and never came to tell us that we could not use sharpie because it would disappear! We even went to go grab a coffee and waited for it to dry and came back and retraced it. Now, WHY would any human do this if they were aware it would be gone?!? I then get a call days later by another employee saying my plate was messed up and it was on them and they are so sorry, but the black disappeared and they have no idea how this could have happened. They apologized and took blame. I was upset and was told I could get a new piece and paint it, or keep the original and that I would get a call back, which I NEVER got a call back. I went in today to just get a refund and was told I couldn't because I was aware that you could not use sharpie because it would disappear. Which is a complete lie because why would I waste two hours on a plate when I paid $56 for, for my daughter's birthday?!? This is ridiculous and now this tradition my husband and I were trying to have with our daughter is now ruined because an employee is lying and failed to relay this information! We can do another plate, but it's the fact that she lied and now we are stuck with an unfinished plate that is completely ruined! read more
