When I called Bexley Urgent Care, the experience was completely different from the start. Even over the phone, the staff was friendly, patient, and eager to answer all of my questions. On top of that, their pricing was far more affordable than most of the other places I contacted. Once I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure to double-check that everything I needed could be completed during my visit. I was assisted by a newly graduated nurse who was training a medical assistant, and both of them did an amazing job. As a student myself, I really appreciated how supportive, professional, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. Dr. Spegal completed my physical and was extremely efficient, helpful, and thorough. The assessment was quick but still very professional and attentive. I would absolutely recommend Bexley Urgent Care to anyone needing urgent care services, especially students needing physicals or TB testing. The entire team truly seems committed to helping and supporting their patients. It was a very reassuring experience, and honestly, it's the kind of environment I'd gladly return to -- and even one I'd love to work in someday!

They will have people who are not their regular staff . They will take all Confidential information Like Social security , contact #'s, Birthdate, family information BUT they don't share their name who take this information. If you don't care about your secure/confidential information then take risk of calling here...... On top of this their calls are not recorded because of this their staff talk very rude and show attitude. They act like they are doing some charity work on their spare time. Their office management staff also very very rude and they don't accept that the patients confidential data is in unidentified people's hand. I asked them to prove me that my data is secure but they didn't have any answer to that and they just bypass the question/request and talk something else. Both the office staff managers don't have basic manners how to deal such issues and not capable of answering any valid questions. You are at your own risk if you choose to go here and deal with such kind of people. PS: This feedback is not on doctors here but on the operating staff.

I now see Dr. Rita Henriques…read more At first, I thought it would be strange going to a sky scrapper for a doctor's appointment, but it was my only option at the time because I couldn't find another doctor taking new patients. I was out to ease during my first visit. It's rare to find street parking, as there are only a couple of meters near the intersection of Broad and High, so I end up parking under the state house. It usually costs me $5 to park. I actually enjoy the experience, because I think it's neat to walk under high street and you stay out of the weather. The lobby is clean and comfortable. There are always ample magazines available and the TV is set to daytime television. There is a commentary coffee station as well. I've found all staff to be friendly and outgoing. The doctors take the time to really listen to me, and I feel they have helped me immensely over the years. They are knowledgeable and intuitive. I feel like they take a holistic approach at health, and don't just try to push you out of the door with a script. I remember it used to be easier to get in, or maybe it was just this time, because it took me a month to get in this time to see my doctor at the location I wanted. Might just be the season though. No worries, I know if I needed to get in earlier there were other options (visiting the other location where she splits her time, or scheduling with another doctor).

The lobby barely had any people. They finally gave me my chest scan when I begged 5 times to leave. To my surprise every result came back normal! Why would I stay in the hospital for 6 hours if my results came back normal? This sort of treatment is lazy and as a hard working black woman I don't appreciate this type of behavior!

Yes, the doctors are young and they will ask you if an intern can interview and participate in your check up (you can decline) but I find their youth to be refreshing and their enthusiasm to take care of you a HUGE plus. And they have great senior doctors to consult. They have seen me through a mysterious knee swelling and total hip replacement, both sides. My current doctor is Dr. Christine Prabhu, a GREAT doctor. And many of my friends now see past doctors I have had. As my best friend said "the doctor you recommended to me is the ONLY doctor to ever call me to follow up and see how I was doing."

However, when I scheduled to come back in, I was only told it was for "test results that were concerning" and I was not told to be prepared (i.e. to fast) to retest, so then they wanted a 3rd office visit!! (BTW, I waited over an hour past my appt time for the test results-worried that it was something serious.) **Bill, bill, bill.*** So, I changed doctors and signed a release for the new dr to obtain medical records. I was then billed by HealthPort (a med record copy contracting agency) $50 for 30 pages of my record from Diltz. I contested this with the Attorney General after discussing it with HealthPort. HealthPort then waived the fee, but stated that it was the practitioner's responsibility (Diltz) to inform patient of fees. And of course, Diltz's office said it was the contractor's responsibility. Have I mentioned that his staff isn't very nice and his waiting room isn't pleasant? So, I have a lovely new family doctor and all is well...but if you're billed for copying your medical records, beware of the charge of more than $1 per page! And if you're not informed, contest the bill with the Attorney General's office.

I have to admit Im a complete wimp when it comes to have any sort of test done. Anything involving…read moreneedles puts me in panic mode. I needed a CT scan done and my doctor sent me to the Eastside Health Center. They called me to set up the appointment and pre-register me. When I got there I was taken in almost immediately to complete the rest of the paperwork and confirm insurance. Please note: Make sure you tell them you want THEM to bill your insurance company or they will bill you and you have to fight with the insurance company to pay it. After I finished with the paperwork side, Lynn walked me through and was with me the rest of the process. She explained everything so thoroughly, brought me the contrast to drink, put the IV in, and administered the test. She was so kind that even thinking about it now is bringing me to tears. She calmed my nerves and made me as comfortable as it could be. If everyone is as nice as Lynn at Ohio Health, I will definitely make it a point to go to their facilities for tests. This came out of the blue. I have not had an appointment in the last six months, nor did I receive a phone call or any type of correspondence prior to this letter. I called this morning to ask about the letter. I spoke with their office manager, Nick who couldn't explain why I received the letter - nor did he apologize. He said it was their discretion to send the letter and couldn't tell me when I missed an appointment or had a cancellation. I have never been treated this way, especially by a physician's practice. It's just so disappointing.

Like taking your car in to get fixed, something you don't want to do it, but this place makes it not so bad.
