Project Pitch Phase: Gabriel came out at least twice to carefully assess the scope of work. He was thoughtful in his recommendations - for example, suggesting we update the bay window to ensure the entire bathroom felt cohesive and aesthetically aligned. While it added to the cost, he explained the reasoning clearly and never felt pushy. He was upfront about pricing and the overall plan. He even invited us to visit another active job site so we could see the quality of work firsthand, beyond just online photos. Additionally, he had his plumber come out to provide a free quote for the copper repiping, which we appreciated. Work in Progress: Gabriel has built an incredible team. His project manager, Israel, was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful - especially when it came to selecting tiles, vanities, and fixtures. He helped obtain contractor discounts from vendors and was on-site almost daily (even if just for 10-15 minutes) to check in and address questions. After each visit, he followed up with videos and written notes summarizing discussions, which we found extremely professional and reassuring. The crew was punctual (arriving between 8-9am daily), respectful, and highly skilled - special shoutout to Asa for his craftsmanship. There were typically 1-2 workers on-site each day, and the entire project was completed in about 6 weeks. Wrap Up: The team cleaned up daily, which made living through construction much easier. At project completion, Gabriel even brought in professional cleaners to clean the entire house and driveway - a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, he was responsive and quick to address any small issues we noticed once we began using the new bathroom. They matched us with the same excitement for the potential of modernizing our kitchen to our needs and we felt they paid the most attention to genuinely honor our wish to increase storage in the kitchen and make it efficient for entertaining. We stressed that the kitchen had to be functional more than beautiful, and they managed to provide us both. Their designer worked so hard to provide us with functional and beautiful designs. We were overwhelmed by the many directions the kitchen design could go and Assel, their designer, presented us detailed options to go through. Their team was also so neat and clean as they worked on the renovation. They kept areas taped up to keep debris from getting into the rest of the house since we were still living in the house while they remodeled the kitchen. We also appreciated the ease of communicating with them at any time. Hugo and his assistant Andrew, both would respond to us. Andrew came out to really take great notes and videos about anything we noticed for touch ups, and it was really well outlined with punchlists to clear the final touch ups. This was a good experience as we heard many of our friends complain about their contractors being hard to find when it came to the final touch up work at the end of a big renovation. We knew the timeline was tight, but Steve understood our situation completely and promised he'd do everything in his power to finish before the baby arrived. Over the course of the 2-month project, Steve was just incredible. He is extremely attentive, hands-on, and we saw him almost every single day checking on his team's progress. He made the whole renovation process so easy for us right from the start by providing a clear shopping list of all the materials and parts we needed. What really blew us away was how often Steve went above and beyond. He actually came tile shopping with us--not just once, but twice!--to make sure we got the exact right dimensions, sizes, and quantities. When the team discovered mold in our bathrooms (a homeowner's worst nightmare on a tight schedule), Steve took it in stride. He immediately helped coordinate a mold remediator to fix the issue, and incredibly, he found creative ways to not let our tight timeline slip at all. He has a great relationship directly with the vendor shop that made it seamless for him to find solutions and fixes for our needs. During the design process the cabinet vendor designer made a few mistakes, but Steven was able to successfully work with them to find solutions for them that didn't harm the integrity of the overall work. This was our first experience remodeling our condo. Our project manager was Nir. I am pleased with the materials used. They are pretty and luxurious! The bathrooms feel so fresh and modern. I get many compliments from friends and neighbors. I love the style. I think the remodel will add value to this home when we decide to sell it. I appreciated Nir's flexible schedule, his capacity to problem-solve and his rolodex for suppliers.
