Cody flew us through Downtown, Buckhead, and the Perimeter area near the King & Queen Building & Perimeter Mall Very great tour, our ride was smooth and steady !! We got the anniversary special, which includes champagne and a 15 minute ride that we scheduled. Unfortunately, the company booked over our appointment and did not let us know in the confirmation. It ended up working out because I called ahead (so be sure to do that!), but I think that they should have been more clear in the confirmation in case I hadn't called ahead. Also, they forgot to give us our champagne, though we were not early for the helicopter flight due to the fact that our original time was supposed to be later (and this mistake was never acknowledged). Also, with the company knowing this was a special occasion, this was never acknowledged which would have been nice. Overall, you get a solid helicopter ride and a good time, but I don't feel like the logistics are all there.

Our pilot was nice, and we felt very comfortable with him at the helm. We saw some beautiful views of Atlanta. Neither of us had ever been in a helicopter before so it was just a really cool different experience. If you have the money, you can actually rent one of their jets for $10,000 an hour. He said it has enough fuel to take you to Europe on one tank. I'm wondering who can afford that but it sounds pretty amazing. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fly Heli ATL. I purchased a flight voucher for…read moremy son's birthday, expecting it to cover the experience as advertised. However, when he attempted to redeem the voucher, he was told an additional ticket had to be purchased in order to fly -- something that was NEVER clearly stated on the voucher or during the booking process. When I called to get clarification, Francisco informed me that I was basically "SOL" unless I purchased another ticket, which completely defeats the purpose of the gift voucher. I then asked about a refund and was told the purchase was nonrefundable, despite there being no clear disclosure of that policy either. Things only got worse from there. When I requested a corporate address and phone number, I was referred to a Chicago office. I called six times and was repeatedly hung up on. When I used a different phone number, someone finally answered -- only for me to be left on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes and counting. This entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. At this point, I am hoping for a resolution, but if one is not provided, I will be forced to report this situation as a potential scam due to the lack of transparency and inability to reach anyone for proper support.

So beat the bomb is an escape game concept very interactive and if you can get your time together, you could easily beat the bomb but if you don't, there are multiple ways that you can be sprayed by the bomb. I love how our Instructor was able to teach us all the things show us how to go through the rooms help us get dressed in our jumpers, helped us with our regular clothes. Beat the Bomb is such a fun, interactive experience! I came with my boyfriend and we had no idea…read morewhat to expect - the structure of the game is that you play 4 mini games that last 10 minutes each. The better you do in these mini games, the more time you're awarded to "beat the bomb". After you go through your 4 games, you suit up into the hazmat looking suits, step into a room with all the paint, and you have as much time as you've accrued over your mini games to beat the bomb! If you don't beat the bomb, you'll definitely get splashed with the paint, but if you do beat the bomb, you get the option to get splashed or not (but why would you ever pass on getting splashed???) How I see it, the mini games are split into 2 categories - 2/4 games require more brain and memory, and 2/4 games are more active. They alternate them, thankfully! My only complaint is that the wristband scanners in one of the rooms (the audio/visual room on the left side) felt a little jank. We had to attempt to scan multiple times before it would read. Teams are minimum of 2, maximum of 6, so ideal for a date activity, a small group of friends, or a family! It was so fun to receive our photos and videos back! I'm glad that this is included in the base price, as usually getting any type of photo/video back is an upcharge. Would highly recommend this unique experience
