It's a fantastic service and the Dr(s) are great, but my goodness, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. They take weeks.. yes weeks.. to reply to any questions from their website via email - which is about the only way to contact them. By the time they reply, I've already aggressively ChatGPT'd deep researched the answer and have a totally different question/set of questions. Not to mention their reply is something to the effect of "I am not sure, you'll have to ask your provider." The irony is they could probably outsource their customer service entirely offshore or to AI and not only save money, but respond to 'patients' a lot faster. SMH. read more

This place is a complete quack shop. It gives me MLM vibes. My husband is a cult follower of Joe so when Joe recommended people use this company, he did. He talked me into it rather than going to see an actual endocrinologist. I said I'd give it a try. For starters you are charged $53.48/week for their subscription. But subscription to what? You don't get to speak with a doctor without their permission. And I'm order to be able to speak with a doctor you have to have lab work done (each time). Female lab work is around $140. They put me on meds without having a full conversation with me. The doctor I was assigned to called me and acted like she didn't have the time of day for me. She actually called me 2 hours later than our scheduled time. She rushed through telling me the meds and that was that. I started taking them and after a month could tell something wasn't right. I messaged into my "coordinator" Chloe and after multiple emails finally got ahold of her. I told her I'd like to speak with the doctor regarding the meds I was given. She told me I needed to do more blood work to speak to the doctor. I told her I just wanted to have a conversation to make sure what was going on was normal. Chloe, who doesn't have a medical license, assured me whatever I was feeling (never told her) was normal. I still don't understand what I'm paying for weekly when I have insurance and they don't give me anything in return for what I'm paying. There's something shady going on with this company. I highly recommend you avoid them! read more

If you want poor service, terrible medical oversight, and to risk your life for the ability to pay a lot of money for medications, this is your place. I was willing to accept less medical oversight than a real medical professional as long as it was easy enough and I got good service and timely delivery of medications. After being assigned my 3rd service rep with each one getting worse at follow up and communication I have had it. Sometimes it took weeks to get a reply for prescription refills. No one ever followed up on my progress. On top of that I found out I was at risk for a stroke or heart attack due to no oversight or reviews of the bloodwork results. They are great at signing you up and setting up your payment plan, but after that they don't care about you. read more

Ok, I'm not one to judge or be offended by miserable people, and immediately upon following Joe on insta I was able to recognize a very hostile tone to his own customers, which I found interesting. I was referred by my friend who said the doctor told her her labs were "the worst he's ever seen." This was a red flag considering hers were all in normal range; so not sure what he'd say about mine that were far from normal range. Next red flag, there were errors on my lab requisition. Having the correct gender is pretty important for hormone levels. The order stated 2-5 days, 8 days later I still did not have my results. I reached out to labcorp and prime and did not get a timely response. Since joe is so responsive to questions on social, I asked him and his response was that "it's not their job to get your labs." Weird, because that's where they were sent. Fortunately, Claudia is a sweetheart and was able to send me my labs. Then I eventually got another email saying I'd be placed in a QUEUE to be called to schedule a consult! Ummm delay delay delay. After Joe's response, I'm glad I immediately inquired and made a consult elsewhere and now have my testosterone arriving tomorrow, 24 hours from inquiring. Joe thinks his customers and followers are ignorant and it shows. Not really someone I choose to give my money to. read more

I will share my experience with this company. I've been with them for about a year. And I did start feeling better physically, but the last few months I haven't been feeling how I did when I started. Also, this company also does automatic billing, which makes sure they get paid but I'm left high and dry and no prescriptions. I've been without my refill prescriptions for two weeks now. This shows that they just want my money but not provide the service or prescriptions. I will say this, if you are thinking about joining this company. Do your own research and try to find another company that's local for you. I'm actually doing that and think I found a new place. That way I can cancel Primebody. Scary how this place operates! Our son who lived in Scottsdale had heard of Prime Body and paid for the initial assessment as a gift for his Dad. My husband completed and sent in the lab work. He was shipped three medications with a print out of how to administer. First the vial had a leak, we called the Prime Body pharmacy and were told we would have to contact Prime Body for a replacement. Secondly my husband had side effects that he wanted to discuss. This was May, it is now July. Six emails and countless phone calls not a single reply. Literally no one ever answers or returns any voicemails of the listed phone numbers. You would be in trouble if you ever had to get ahold of these people. My husband finally just made an appointment with our family physician who was baffled by the drug combination. Ironically we received an email a few days ago from Prime Body, indicating that my husband was due for another lab before the next refill, the email was from the same Natty person we had sent the previous three emails to, still no response whatsoever. I would never recommend this place and am surprised they are able to maintain any type of medical license. read more

Prime Body is a game changer. Great customer service. Prompt communication and life changing services.

First off, Joe Donnelly did NOT trick his followers into using PrimeBody, and PrimeBody is not a scam. The customer service is excellent. Those reviews were written shortly after the program launched, and they were overwhelmed with clients. I experienced much longer than average wait times, but everything worked exactly as I expected. I paid, and received my first package less than a week later. Within 2 weeks I started noticing differences in how I felt physically and mentally. The TRT ships directly from a pharmacy. This process takes a few weeks, but once you speak to the doctor you are less than a week or two away from receiving your package. Here's how the process works: Step 1: Pay $100 to get a bloodwork requisition, which you bring to a LabCorp location (there are several locations in every city, LabCorp is a huge chain of labs) and have your blood taken. You will receive results within a few days, I got mine in 1 day. Step 2: Results are sent to one of PrimeBody's doctors. He will review them and get back to you. It took me 3 weeks to hear from my doctor, but I started this process right when the program launched, and they were experiencing an extremely high volume of clients. Keep in mind the doctors have their own practices, and see their own clients in addition to PrimeBody's clients, so it does take a little bit of time to hear from them. Step 3: The doctor will call you and talk to you about your bloodwork results and whether or not you qualify. He will let you know what he is prescribing, and how long until follow-up bloodwork should be done (usually 8-10 weeks after beginning TRT). If you have any questions, this is the time to ask him. This phone call only takes 5-10 minutes. Step 4: The doctor will send your TRT protocol to PrimeBody, and a PrimeBody rep will reach out to you to discuss how to proceed. Step 5: You sign a contract electronically, where you decide how you want to be billed (monthly, 6 month contract, 12 month contract). Step 6: PrimeBody sends your prescription to their pharmacy, who mails out a package containing everything you need to administer your TRT. Please note the above was my personal experience, and I had a very positive one. Customer service gets back to you very quickly on week days, and is very kind and helpful. There will always be people who have bad experiences, and people tend to write reviews when they are upset rather than when they have a good experience, hence there being a couple of one star reviews and only one other good review. They also have discounts for military members and teachers which is great. They send monthly reminders on when your blood work is due. Did the primary lab test. Was reached out by their new patient coordinator via text message to set up a video or phone call with the physician. Wasn't available the first appointment so I requested another date. I confirmed the next available appointment and everything seemed fine. When that date and time came along I heard nothing from Primebody. I then received a text message a few days later from the new patient coordinator. She stated she was out of town for a few and will need to set up a different appointment time. This made no sense. From this point I could tell this is not a company I wanted to work with. It felt like I was communicating with part time employee who doesn't know how to organize a calendar or communicate with clients.... Which is exactly what her job is! This is the most unprofessional company and will eat the cost of the lab test and go to a more legitimate establishment read more

Stay FAR away! Don't be like me, pay attention to all of the other reviews. I have given this company chance after chance after chance and every benefit of the doubt for the past 2+ years. There ALWAYS seems to be an issue with something be it shipping, billing, bloodwork, communication, just always something. In addition, one of their owners/partners is the very definition of a self-absorbed, arrogant, narcissist (I will not list his name, I have more respect for people, even if he doesn't, but based on the other reviews I am sure you can guess who). He only cares about one thing and that is taking your $$$. He does not give two damns about any of his customers or clients or supporters and it is evident by the way he talks to and communicates with them. In his words, "you are not special." ZERO customer service skills. I have given this company way too much money and way too many referrals over the past few years to be spoken to how I was during our last conversation. I can't preface enough that I don't want to write this review. When I started this process, I was very excited and liked how fast it was moving initially. Sadly, I'm running into a lot of frustrations that other people have encountered in terms of getting started and responses from their customer service team. After you submit your bloodwork and get approved, it takes forever to hear back from one of their physicians. Even as I write this review, I still haven't heard back from their team, and I started this process back in January. I have left countless voicemails and emails, but have not had responses to those as of yet. I do not think that this company is stealing people's money, but it is obvious that they aren't able to handle to volume of patients that they are getting. I wouldn't be this upset if they were just honest about this process. It is advertised on their website that the whole process takes about 10 business days. I have read and heard stories from people where it has taken them close to 4 months to get started. Again, I wouldn't have a problem with this if that is what they advertised. There is a very popular individual on social media who continually promotes this company. I have no problem with a company trying to bring in more business, but I think the focus needs to be on the people who have already gotten their bloodwork completed and paid the $170 (bloodwork and consultation fee) to get started. This company needs A LOT more transparency with its customers. I will happily amend this review if things change, but until then, I have no idea how to make my frustrations heard. Returning a phone call or email explaining in detail what exactly is going on would be an excellent start, but unfortunately, they can't even do that. read more
