I have been coming to Killian for a few years, to get my oil changed and one minor issue. Friendly people and quick service. I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car. read more

We had our brakes and some other issues fixed on our Highlander recently at Killian. They were up front and honest about any issues, and realistic about what needed to be addressed right now. Our service adviser, Bobby Light, did a great job communicating the issues covered in the estimate, fair pricing, and when the vehicle was ready. Update: The problem was in fact the ECM. I had informed the service advisor that I had already replaced the coils and spark plugs with OEM ACDelco and that I suspected an ECM issue. I was met with the excuse that because the scanner could communicate with the ECM that all was fine and was again pushed to spend $1000 instead of diagnosing the issue like I had asked. Again instead of pinpointing the issue they just want to change parts for profit. read more

Great price for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Shortest time I've ever had to wait for service to be completed. ALWAYS get a second opinion on any service they recommend. Three different times over the past couple of years they have recommended repairs that didn't need to be done. 1st- need a new battery- we took it to Auto Zone to check the battery, it was fine. 2nd- you need new wheel bearings- took for a second opinion, your wheel bearings are fine. A couple of weeks ago they told me we needed new brake fluid- just heard from my 2nd opinion, the brake fluid is fine. All of these recommendations have come from basic oil changes. I will say the place is always clean and customer service is great but just get second opinions. read more

I was in need of some suspension work on a 2012 Boss 302 mustang, so I checked out a few auto repair businesses. Beware with European cars! I called and asked if they can do an oil change on my Audi S4 which the response was "yes". After my oil change ONLY visit to Killian, tow to Eurofed, and $600's later, I was back on the road. After I got home there was a puddle of oil in my garage. Towed to Alpharetta and the quote from Eurofed - "Massive oil leak coming from oil drain plug and Oil filter housing, covering most of engine in oil..." Manager (Darryl) did give me a call to make things right financially. I went here for a quote on having a rebuilt engine installed after the Ford dealership told me I needed a new engine in my 2006 F150. I figured a non-dealership Ford certified service location would be less expensive. I told them I needed a new engine based on what the dealer told me. Their response was "how about we check things out first". Bottom line is they could have sold me a new engine but instead sold me some much less expensive repairs. My air conditioner in my 2011 Lincoln stopped working on my way to visit my son and his family. I live in NC and they're in Canton. My husband looked up shops to bring it to and Killian's was the place he thought I should call, this was July 3. They told me to bring it in July 5 at 8:00 am. After they looked at it, it was the condenser, so they said it should be ready by that Friday. After three days,different deliveries of the parts ( parts delivered at 1:30 in the afternoon) , they came in damaged each day. My daughter and her children were with me and she had to get back to NC for work by Wednesday, she found a person to fill in for her Monday and Tuesday. She rented a car to get back home. My car was fixed by Tuesday and they (Killians) were very nice and rebated me the cost of the rental car off my bill total. read more

My tail light went out. I called Killian to "work me in" they had me in and out in 15 minutes. They checked my tires too. The service at Killian is exceptional, I rate it 5 Stars, same service that I get from RBM of Alpharetta and Ferrari of Atlanta. I own a F450 and they are one of the very few that can work on a large commercial truck. My last appointment with Killian involved a failed sensor, they went through my truck with "a fine tooth comb" I had two front bald tires replace and they even made arrangements to have my truck detailed for me from a second party vendor. I LOVE this place. Let me first say that as a woman, getting my car serviced is my least favorite thing to do. I was tired of the chains and the subpar service I would receive. The waiting rooms were a joke and bathrooms gross. To walk into Killian's Automotive was literally a game changer. Great customer service. They also take pictures of the work they are doing or the general inspection of your car. Many car places will give you a laundry list of repairs that your car needs and make them all sound urgent - just so they can make $ immediately. I hate those type of scare tactics. At Killian, they advise you of upcoming items to be aware of, but inform you that you do not need this yet. I like that I know what is coming, but they tell me I should get XX amount of miles or time before I need it. read more

Complete bait and switch. Called for a quote to get rotors replaced on my vehicle after getting a quote from the dealership. They quoted me $800 cheaper than dealer So I took it in. then they called with a laundry list of suggested repairs since it was my wife's vehicle let them do the work. When I went to pick it up price went up $800!!! Was told that quote was only good for non guaranteed parts and had they used them nothing would be warrantied. top it off found out we had just had full service at Audi dealership for what they charged extra as recommendEd repairs. Found out their technicians and service manager are all paid on commission so whatever more they can charge they make! I will never take another vehicle to them. Beware!!! read more

The only day that I am able to take my car in due to their weekly hours. For the first of couple of times these guys have been grate. I get nice customer service and they do a very good job on my car. Now the price, it's seems a little expensive to get something done even when the car doesn't have to be picked up and won't even bend your knees, that's why I'm giving them a 4 star because of the price other then that they are great. I took my son's car in to have the alternator replaced. When I received the work order that was "based"on the diagnostic test. Aside from the alternator which I knew needed to be replaced they said there was a 2nd fault code and the upper O2 sensor needed to replaced. I declined the service because they wanted to charge me $400+. It's a easy repair especially when the O2 sensor is accessible by simply opening the hood. I looked the part up online and it was half the price I was quoted by Killian. After declining the service my service rep called and stressed the service needed to be performed because the check engine light would continue to stay on, I get worse gas mileage, and the car would not pass an emissions test without doing so. When I go to pick up the car I learn that Killian charges $100 diagnostic fee if you do not perform all of the services that they recommend. FYI, any auto parts store will do a diagnostic test for free. When we get it the car the check engine light was not on so I didn't order the part offline and just yesterday it passed an emissions test with no issues. I would have given them a 1 star review but they performed the service that was NEEDED fairly quickly. read more

Since Killian is a long way from our home, I recently started using other shops that were closer to us.
