I have been dealing with them for over 7 months, I've reported them to the State of Nevada. If you are looking for a property management company prime community management is not the one you want. They do not talk to homeowners. All they do is bully them if you're a month or 2 late, they will send you to collections. I believe they get a kickback, because 7 months and they've never updated the collections, but yet they cash $750 of my money, and I have proven that so stay away from them. Prime Community Management has been extremely difficult to work with, and my experience has been consistently marked by delayed responses and a lack of follow through. I have been dealing primarily with Tanya, who is presented as a senior manager, yet even urgent requests--such as temperature issues in our building that could reasonably be considered health and safety concerns have gone completely ignored. After weeks of inaction, I called their office today in hopes of speaking with someone else. At this point, I'm left wondering if another six weeks will pass before anything is addressed. This level of service is unacceptable for a company funded by homeowners who rely on timely communication and responsible management. Based on my experience, and the many similar reviews already posted, I would strongly advise any HOA to steer clear of this property management company. You can only pay your dues by check? You either have to mail it in, or drive to Henderson to make a payment in person. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. I work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. There is no way for me to make it there on time, and I'm not given any other options for making a payment. But they want to put leans on my home, even though they don't provide a convenient way for you to make your payment?? I have never seen an HOA that doesn't accept payments through Visa. So today I received an interesting mail, I have a $3000 collection debt due to association fine which I have no idea about! How is that possible?? I was gone most of 2024 due to my job and apparently I was fined for bushes in front of my house which I don't have and weeds! My family and I have lived here for 6 years and have had no issues until recently. We addressed our concerns with Kimberly sand who is unorganized and had repeatedly follow up with our concerns. We've had a patch of grass slowly dying and informed her of it, we took it upon ourselves to fix the issue although our HOA payment is supposed to cover the front yard maintenance. The patch has grown and gotten worse without any corrections. I've also been charged double with my automatic payments for the HOA fees. They're very unorganized and combative when trying to get something done. The only kind person who actually helps is Jennifer. Nothing will ever be good enough for this company, apparently. It's 115+ degrees outside and they expect us to be out there pulling every weed and cutting down whole trees and will shrug in your face if you can't afford a landscaper. We were forced to cut down a birds nest too because of "unsightly trees". Letter after letter, they are just mean and will find anything they can to try and fine you. The walking path that they are responsible for along our neighborhood is covered in dog feces and weeds and they can't get anyone out there to clean it up. This management company has arguably the worst customer service of any company I have ever encountered. After dozens of issues with our security, I finally called April Parsons directly. She seemed to care about the company its responsibilities and listened to everything I said. But nothing has changed. And now she doesn't respond to anything. Just this month alone they have let three different vehicles into our community without permission or ID. And that's just under my name. There is a woman who works in the office named Sally Arnold. I own a property in the San Marino community, which has been managed by Prime Community Management, LLC since 2023. Up until now, all payments have been made on time. However, in December 2024, I received an email stating that I owed a late fee for March and had missed a payment, though they were unsure which month it applied to. When I asked for more details, they requested check numbers and payment information starting from March 2024. After I provided this, they continued asking about other months without clarifying which one was missing. After several exchanges, I requested that the issue be escalated. The VP initially waived the March late fee but then requested payment for a missing fee. However, the issue remained unresolved. The VP repeatedly asked for check numbers from various months, starting with March and going through December. She then claimed the missing payment was for December 2023, but later changed it to October 2023. After I provided the requested details and forwarded emails confirming a zero balance from both Prime and the previous management company, she stated the due amount was for January 2025. Once I provided the check number, she changed the due month back to December 2023. After I forwarded an email from the previous management company, she said she would look into their previous management ledgers but never followed up. When I asked for an update, she claimed she couldn't access the information. When I questioned the relevance of the previous management company, she stated that I hadn't paid them properly. Eventually, she returned to claiming a due amount for January 2025, and after I provided the check number, she again asked for an image of the check from October. Despite my previous submissions, she ignored the information from the previous management company and shifted back to claiming a balance for December 2023, without ever specifying which month was truly unpaid. Despite our ongoing communication, they could not provide proof of the charges and claimed the information wasn't in their ledger, insisting that I pay. When I asked how this was considered a missing payment, I received no response. When I requested to speak with the board of directors for further clarification, I was told the VP would not engage in any more communication, and it seemed they were simply trying to get me to pay, regardless of the situation. Given that I set all my bills to auto-pay on the same date every month, it's both confusing and concerning that they are claiming I've missed payment for one month and incurred late fee for other month. What if I had closed my bank account or didn't have the details on hand? Without proof, I would be forced to pay whatever they claim. This situation feels like an attempt to extract money unjustly. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this management company, as it appears they may be engaging in questionable practices. Please beware of these potentially scam-like management companies. This experience has been incredibly stressful and harassing, unlike anything I have encountered with any other management company. The company is not acting in good faith, and it's essential to protect your rights to avoid being charged for incorrect or unjustified fees. read more

AVOID: Although a terrible rating on YELP may not prevent other community associations from hiring Prime, I also found complaints on the BBB website. I live in V Condo in Lake Las Vegas, and if anyone wants the details of the mismanagement, lies, and inconsistency, feel free to contact me. The Prime manager was removed by our HOA board in early Februaryand although I don't know if this woman was actually guilty or not, after she left, Prime did not replace her. Since Feb. there has been no onsite manager. And, one of the amenities here is a luxury pool, and the heater hasn't worked since February. I have a dozen contradictory emails from Prime about why this issue is still not resolved as we head into the warm season. Formal complaints about Property Management need to be filed with the Nevada Board of Realtors, and I'd like to know if anyone has taken this action against Prime. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. This company has taken over as our HOA management company and all I can say is run away from them as quickly as you can. We are now going into our 4th month with them and nothing has happened. We have had no communication except for the original letter (which was almost a month after taking over). Nobody is receiving our monthly statements, newsletters or any communication. Our board is posting notices on our FB page but that is it. Per Prime they are going through a computer upgrade (which is now almost going on 3 months). They will not answer emails, questions, concerns, or anything else. So I figure by giving them a bad review it "might" get them in gear but doubtful. My next stop is the BBB and then the Ombudsman office to see about filing formal complaints. I have been paying my HOA dues consistently, and I handed them my June payment and got a receipt. A couple months later I notice the HOA says I still owe for June. I go in and show them the receipt and money order pay stub. They told me plain out that the receipt of payment payment doesn't matter and I still owe them the money....I told them "you guys lost my payment and I have my receipt signed by your employee showing I handed it to them. This is still an ongoing issue and they have been very rude about it. Now I have racked up fees and ect for a payment I gave to them and have a receipt for. Our contractor reported trying to get through for weeks regarding a dumpster for a bathroom renovation. No one ever answered the phone and no one returned the phone messages. They demand immediate responses for any violations but don't respond to paying residents. read more

1) Their HOA portal(s) do not work to send an electronic payment. If you download the nextdoor APP you can see a lot of members in my community who cannot login to pay online like it's 2001. 2) They increased our HOA fee even when the pool was not reopen after COVID. It recently opened on Father's day weekend in 2022. No notice was sent. 3) If you're late, expect them to send their information to ARS early! you will have to pay an additional $600 just to get the lien off your property. EVEN IF YOU SENT IN THE PAYMENT ALREADY. 4) Amanda is unhelpful. Dixie is helpful, but still got me nowhere. I called to let them know i was out of town in May and that I had my sister check my mail and open the HoA notice, but still unable to make a payment online, so when i got in town to send a check 10 days prior to them placing a lien, they can no longer speak with you and you can't even confirm if they have your check or not! 5) They will harass you with violations and make threats because you have trash showing on the side of your house, when the reality is, that you are waiting for trash day to throw away your bulk items. It's a contradiction. There are plenty more details and stories i heard from neighbors. 6) Do not expect any understanding or leniency from them, even if situations like a COVID-24 happening. They just want to possess your house! If you are in cahoots with them, run! They are professional extortionists and very well at their job. read more

If you want to be consistently ignored and lied to, this is a great company. Took them over two years to physically address the first ticket for wall repairs submitted to them. And they still didn't complete the job to this day. They said they would remove the trees outside of the dividing wall; the trees that branch fell off and caused physical injury to my daughter. Instead they removed other trees around other houses and refuse to mitigate the cause the injuries. Keep all documentation when you deal with this company. I have retained a law firm and will soon file a complaint with the NRED (Nevada Real Estate Division). I'm going to go on the assumption that being vindictive, childish. petty and I could continue. Professional is not the word to use. If you read my posting on 6/12/24; then you can assume that they didn't like the write up but all I was doing is communicating my anger. Fast forward to Friday June 28, 2024 at approx. 1 p.m. my kitchen sink was clogged all of a sudden. I called my property management company and they scheduled an appt. with a plumber the following morning. I was all set until 11 p.m. my sinks are filling up rapidly with sewer water. It wasn't me but I couldn't do anything because I was baling water. It finally slowed down and went to see my neighbor next to me. She was trying to clear her sink also. It was her sewer that I was getting in my sink. I mentioned to her that I'm pretty certain that it is the H.O.A. maintenance that takes care of multiple unit issues and that I would call. I called my plumber off which was not smart. I spoke with Michelle the on call operator and she assured me that their are 24 hr. maint. staff. She was going to call them and said that they would call me back. It was about 3 a.m. when my sink starts filling again. I called my next door neighbor but it wasn't her. It was the condo above her. I now have rocks in my sink along with everything else. She went upstairs and asked them not to use it that we were waiting for maint. to call. Crickets. I phoned Michelle again and she didn't know where the on call was at. She said she had a list that she was going to start calling to get someone to call me back. She was extremely nice. I continued waiting but the phone never rang. Now it is 7 a.m.. My appt. with my plumber was at 8 a.m. but I cancelled it being assured that building maint. was going to take care of the clogs. I looked up inline what time the management company opens. It states 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. I called at 8:15 a.m. and the answering service answers. I asked her the business hours and she said it was 9 a.m.. She asked me what the issue was and she asked me if I called earlier and said yes and she hung up the phone on me. I went to lay down for a bit. It was now 11 a.m.. I called the lady responsible for the property and she said she just sent me an email that the plumber is on site. I looked and looked; no plumber. I found out later that he went to my neighbors apt., took a picture of her drain and told her that he will have the guys come back and clean the clogs. Much like the calls like I never received, nobody. I sent an email back to the manager and said that I couldn't find anyone. She never responded to the email. I( am not drawing any conclusions but to make a long story short. My plumber showed up 8 a.m. Monday morning. Fun over the weekend baling and baling. No sleep but in conclusion I am a renter and the owners pay 280.00 per unit per month for H.O.A. fees. Prime community management gives no opportunity for feedback and does business this way. If I treated my customers like they have been treating me; I would've already been looking for a new job. Times have changed; don't pick up the phone, send a text, e-mail anything except to hear from a customer. I didn't put any names down except for the nice on call lady. Everyone at Prime contributes to making our effort of managing our HOA as simple, direct and practical as possible. From the front desk to Ownership/Management I/we received A+ Service and response. Deserving special mention, Stacia Doris, Community Manager, has been "super" to work with for the course of the past 30 Months. Stacia is; Responsive, Knowledgeable, Personable, Professional and understanding. What I like the most about Stacia is her ability to understand that management of 101 HO's is walking a tightrope between following the CCR's/Laws and a practical application of dealing with those 101 different personalities. Unlike other previous experiences, the thing that I respect and like the most about dealing with Stacia and Prime Management is their RESPONSIVENESS ......! Together we successfully apply all the rules and manage to keep our HOA out of the local TEVELEVISION NEWS "HOA HALL OF SHAME". I consider Stacia the "best Community Manager" that I have engaged with over my tenure on HOA Board. Kudos to Prime and Stacia... I have to say that this is the Worst Community Management company I have ever had to deal with. The woman who manages our HOA is Tanya Chamberlain. She is very rude and very unreasonable. Here is why: About my complaint posted earlier and also sent to Prime Community Management by USPS Priority mail to her office, she scheduled a ZOOM hearing for us on April 21st 2021 at 5:00PM we dialed in at 4:50 PM and waited until 5:50 PM before she allowed us into the meeting which then ended at 6:00 PM. We had to sit and waited for her for 50 minutes to allow us in whenever she felt like it. Our complaint is she intentionally did not send out the FINE notices to let us know of the fine back when she first recorded the fine of $100.00 back on October 22nd 2020 complaining about our tenant doing "Business Activity" at the rental property. But she waited a month later to send out the monthly statement dated November 23rd, 2020. At that time, she already added on additional fines for nonpayment so the fines totaled up to $300.00. We don't know when she mailed out the November statement, but we are in California and did not received the letter until Monday November 30th 2020 due to COVID and Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Then on November 30th she added another $100.00 of fine for a total of $400.00. My question to her and the 2 board members who was on the ZOOM meeting was 'If you don't let us know right away then how do we know how much to pay?' She waited a month later so she can add more fines for nonpayment. This is not just us complaining about this practice by this business but other homeowners also complaint of the same rip off practice to rip off homeowners. I will reach out to the business owner, April Parson, to bring to her attention. If she cares about her business and the homeowners of the communities that gave her the business then she should talk to Tanya Chamberlain to ensure that they do business professionally and with integrity. I have been a customer of Prime for about a year and everything has been handled properly. Granted, it takes time for the homeowners to get bids and do research. Some projects take a while because it is not a quick fix. Everything has been taken care of over time. The landscaping is nice and the common areas are now fixed and in working condition. Sometimes it is the President if the HOA not prioritizing what the homeowners want. Going to the meetings helps. Everyone gets to talk and ask questions. I think Prime is a fair company. read more
