Every property we've serviced has been a true testament to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. From the moment you step inside one of their homes, the attention to detail is apparent--from the elegant finishes to the smart, functional layouts that are both family-friendly and luxurious. One standout example is the Highlands Ranch community, which has received glowing praise online for its spacious floor plans, beautiful exterior designs, and high-end interior touches. We had the privilege of cleaning a few homes in this community, and the level of care and precision that went into every corner of the property was impressive. You can clearly see that American West doesn't just build houses--they build homes that families can grow in and be proud of. We would be absolutely honored to work more closely with such a reputable and respected company. If ever given the opportunity to provide cleaning services directly to American West Homes, we would be more than accommodating and committed to upholding the same level of excellence they already provide. In today's world, companies with integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics are rare--but American West Homes is a shining example that they still exist. You simply can't go wrong choosing this company--whether you're buying a home or partnering with them. Five stars, without question. -- Renee Daniels Successful Cleaning Solutions, LLC https://successfulcleaningsolutionsllc.com/

I am so sad to see so many poor reviews for American West Homes on here. Since I have owned 5…read moredifferent American West Homes, I can share my own experiences here. First and foremost, American West Homes were bought out by Pulte Homes around 2021. All the homes I have owned were all build before Pulte bought them out. I have owned American West Homes in all different sizes from starter homes to a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home we currently live in. All homes were two story homes (the three story homes have too much stairs to climb so I never bought one). What I love about American West Homes is the character. They have a warmth and thoughtful design features that you cannot find in the very new "modern" homes that are popular right now. In every American West home we have owned (some were brand new at purchase and others resale), I have had little to no issues with the home what-so-ever. When I bought brand new, I made sure if there were any warranty issues that all issues were addressed before the year was up and they ranged from minor to AC units not being wired correctly due to subcontractor's work. These issues were all corrected during the warranty year and every home that I have lived in all had just normal warranty issues. The bad reviews seem to come from people who not familiar with home buying contracts (which change through the years) or service from employees. For many people navigating buying a new home can be challenging and scary. Owning a new home can be overwhelming especially if one has no experience navigating that or maintaining a home. Also, the fire that happened to a 3 story house in one of American West's development, we have not heard back for the reason the fire occurred. Sadly, 2 adults and 2 children lost their lives but we have no reason to say that it was American West Homes fault for the fire. Fires occur for all sorts of reasons. I literally had neighbors who cook in their garage because their foods are very pungent and do not want their houses to smell. So fires can start for many reasons (such as smoking in bed) and there is no conclusion there is something wrong with the home considering the house was built 14 years ago before the fire happened. In addition, my own son lives in that community and they have had no issues whatsoever with their house and there are so many houses in that subdivision who have NOT suffered a similar tragedy--thankfully!

Decided that it was time to get my carpets changed, so Carpets N More was my choice!…read more A bit overwhelming when I saw the dozens of options they had to choose from. I thought it was going to be a breeze- Nope ! There were alot of steps to be taken to make the right choice ! Paul, Lyle and Steve were very attentive and accommodating through the entire process. Paul communicated with me throughout the measuring , guidance with picking a color, and when there was a slight delay in delivery. ( one day later) Steve gave his expertise about the texture, depth , comfort and durability of all of the carpets that would suit my budget and lifestyle. As I don't have any children, he recommended a lighter color, yet dark enough to withstand traffic areas. The carpet Technicians arrived promptly at 8 am , and worked nonstop throughout the day. They made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I've never had to choose carpets before, but I was very pleased with their customer service and dozens of options to choose from. At the end of everything, my house looks amazing, and most of all, I feel like I'm walking on clouds '- as Steve described how it would feel. And he was absolutely right! Very pleased customer!

Lennar at Aventine - Under filled attic insulation and not to code

    Lennar at Aventine

We purchased our home in 7/2018 and most things looks good until you get into the details…read more Firstly, the attic insulation was not up to code and under filled, so some areas of the house was too hot during summer/colder in winter with draft. Installation was uneven and even down to 8 inches in sines area and exposed drywall in other. To code is around 11-12 inches and evenly spread. They used blown in cellulose which is the cheapest material anyone can buy, and they still under filled the attic. We had multiple insulation companies that came for an estimate. They cut corners in areas that owners can't easily see. Make sure you inspect every inch of your house. It will cost us $3000 to bring insulation to code. The "cool roof" is the cheapest they can find and doesn't keep much thermal heat out especially during summer months. It will cost us $5500 for proper radiant barrier. They definitely wanted to save a few bucks. Secondly, their solar panel sub-company (SunStreet that was bought out by Sunnova) is a complete joke and not professional at all. It is under a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) and stays in place until you either sell the house or have to purchase out the system from them. They under subpar parts of the time (320W x16 panels with Enphase microinverters IQ6+) that is under powered for the house. They also refused to expand on the existing system. The following happened after Sunnova purchase, they use a 5G modem to retrieve usage data that eventually malfunctioned in 1/2023, and didn't transmit any data, but I had to call to notify them 3 weeks later without any solutions. The representative was able to see modem went down and stated she will look into it but never heard anything back. I'm still waiting on a their solution as of 3 weeks from the call. I was able to connect to my WiFi to access data that nobody informed or instructed me to do.
