My husband and I placed a delivery order from here without checking reviews and we were really impressed. Prices on DoorDash are a bit inflated but the menu prices for what we ordered were a large fattoush salad ($14.20) and the lunch special lamb shawarma wrap (11.99) which came with an ample helping of fries and a drink. Without a doubt the lunch special is the way to go. The shawarma was huge (we split it) and were stuffed. The salad was delicious as well; we both agreed we loved the dressing which was peppery and lemony. Everything tasted extremely fresh. It's a large menu so I'm excited to try more from it. Obviously there's no shortage of middle eastern places in southeast Michigan but this place stood out as being one of my favorites. Would definitely recommend. read more

We finally made it here! The lentil soup was delicious (we will be back very soon for more!). We got sandwiches which were very large, moist and delicious. Oh! They have a punch card for the sandwiches, yay! The owner was warm and welcoming when he came over and chatted with us. He told us more about how they make everything in-house and use fresh ingredients. Prime Cuisine had, possibly, the best Fatoush Salad I've ever had. The Fatoush dressing was certainly the best I've ever had. It was tangy and lemony and full of fresh herbs. I have always been partial to Bucharest's Fatoush dressing, but Prime Cuisine beats it out, which is extremely high praise The shrimp in my Fatoush Salad was very well seasoned, cooked, and de-shelled. This was not just warmed up shrimp thrown on the salad for protein. The shrimp was decent size and it mixed with the dressing was excellent. The size of the Fatoush was great too. A small is more than enough to fill someone up. The owners of the place were awesome and attentive. I called the location with some questions and they answered the phone right away and were very helpful and pleasant. When I got to the restaurant, they were incredible hosts. People who definitely make you want to come back. The restaurant is surprisingly large. Like it's huge and very well lit, with a TV for viewing. Normally, Middle Eastern spots are more geared towards takeout and have limited seating. That wasn't the case at all here. I really enjoyed it and will be back again. As I'm sitting here with my tummy full of the BEST Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food that ever hit my taste buds. I want to give this restaurant a 10 star rating. The menu had so many delicious options I couldn't choose an entree. Our server was so helpful in helping me to decide on the lamb Kabobs. Amazing hole in the wall in Northville Michigan ! The menu alone had me. So many options. I went for the orange blossom lemonade and a lamb kabob with a salad and some dessert. The lemonade was easily 10/10. But the lamb ? Easily the best lamb or even meat that I have ever had. So tender. Perfectly seasoned. The salad was dressed to perfection and obviously the dessert was amazing. Low prices for amazing food and EXCELLENT service. This place felt like home. We were looking for a place to sit after a long day of cleaning up for Earth Day. We spotted this buisness and pulled into the lot. They were a little slow, there were only a couple others suiting down, but we dove right in. We ordered a Lamb Gyro and some grape leaves. Also a cheeseburger. Having a personal relationship with grape leaves, these were some of the best I've ever eaten. The gyro was top notch, very good. My wife's burger was really good & reasonably priced. The seating area was large and comfortable, with charging stations along the perimeter walls for added convienence. Will defiantly be back to this family owned shop. read more

The new owner has improved on every item and the in-house dining is nicer now. We've lived in Dearborn all our lives, so our standards for this cuisine are very high. New Mediterranean restaurant in the area. I have picked up deliveries at least six times now. The owner is super friendly and his staff is great. They go above and beyond with treating delivery drivers with respect! As always, I had to try the lentil soup. I have tried from at least 30 different restaurants in the area in the past three years. There have been so many new middle eastern restaurants opening in the area and all have been sub par at best and maybe I am a tad bias because my mother-in-law is middle eastern and also had her own restaurant back in the day so I find myself comparing every restaurant to her Cooking and I can say there has not been one restaurant in this area that even comes close and I definitely haven't found one I would return a second time too so needless to say I wasn't too optimistic when I decided to try Prime Cuisine but love supporting new small businesses so I called in a order for a beef shawarma sandwich, a beef kabob sandwich and some fries. I walked in to pick up my order and there wasn't any other customers in the restaurant but I was greeted very warmly by an older gentleman who was nice as can be. I brought my food back to work the first box I opened was the fries they were sooo good and crispy and well seasoned and then the BEST sandwich I have ever had was the beef kabob wrap the meat was so tender it tasted like filet it was cooked perfectly to a med/med well and it had that subtle flavor that grilled meat has the tahini was amazing and it came with tomato's, red onions with parsley and pickles. I Can't wait to see how the rest of the menu tastes I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family...As a side note the review that was left with one star I would take with a grain of salt because almost every One of the reviews they posted was ridiculous and seemed like they were looking for anything to try and get either a refund or discount and to insinuate that the reviews are fake just shows what kind of person they are please do not let one persons off the wall inaccurate review deter you from having some amazing food. read more

Finally got a chance to try Prime Cuisine and it did not disappoint! My husband and I shared the Shish Kafka and Hummus with Ghallab (Spicy) and lamb and we opted for lentil soup and chicken lemon rice soup with our meals. Everything was FRESH and so delicious. The portions were huge. The Kafka was flavorful and so juicy, and the Hummus with Ghallab and lamb was crazy good. The taste of creamy hummus covered with sautéed lamb, mushrooms, peppers, onion, and carrots, and when spooned onto a rip of pita bread I thought we'd never snap back to reality. The chicken lemon soup (could have used more lemon, but I love lemon) was medicinal and tasted like mom made it just for me. Best Lentil soup around too, and did I mention everything was fresh. OMG I forgot about the charred grilled vegetables that came on the side with nice dark char marks tasting like summer. We treated ourselves to some baklava for dessert that was so good we bought more for the ride home. I have eaten baklava from here to every corner of Dearborn and this is the best I have EVER had.
